Leicester City boss Claudio Ranieri hopes N’Golo Kante will get a hero’s welcome when he makes his first return to the Foxes.<br />
Kante
 left the Premier League champions for Chelsea in a £32 million deal in 
the summer after helping them win the title last season.<br />

the only key member of the title-winning team to leave the King Power 
Stadium following their shock success as Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez and 
Kasper Schmeichel signed new contracts.<br />
Kante returns with Chelsea in the third round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday and Ranieri is looking forward to their reunion.<br />
“I
 am very happy and I will give to him a very warm welcome back and I am 
sure also our fans they must appreciate what he did last season and give
 him a warm welcome,” he said.<br />
“I will be very happy if our fans clap him at the beginning and afterwards he is an enemy.<br />
“They
 must understand that when arrives a big team it is difficult to say no.
 For this reason I say thank you to Jamie Vardy and his family, and to 
Riyad when they decided to stay here. For us it was important to 
maintain everybody.<br />
“He
 was very important for us and I think he was even more important for us
 than at Chelsea because Chelsea have so many big players.”<br />
Ranieri
 faces Chelsea having been boss at Stamford Bridge between 2000 and 2004
 and managed against current Chelsea chief Antonio Conte while the pair 
were in Italy.<br />
He added: “He [Conte] is a winner, but of course he
 needs time. The reality here is different than in Italy and his job is 
bigger now. But he is right and I think he can lift some trophies.<br />
“You
 need to understand the league and your players. The players must 
understand him and how he manages and how he changes, what he wants. I 
watch a good Chelsea so far.”<br />
Schmeichel will sit out again as he 
recovers from the concussion he suffered on Friday which saw him miss 
Saturday’s 3-0 win over Burnley.<br />
Ron-Robert Zieler will start in goal but Matty James and Nampalys Mendy (both ankle) are not yet fit.

Ekiti State Governor Ayodele Fayose said yesterday that President 
Mohammadu Buhari is responsible for the country’s economic recession.<br />
Fayose added that president Buhari is the major problem of the country that Nigerians must solve.<br />
“Our
 president, through his actions and inactions is destroying everything 
that makes Nigeria a country and well-meaning Nigerians must stand-up to
 be counted in the crusade to save the country from going under.”<br />
The
 governor alleged that president Buhari went to foreign countries to 
demarket Nigeria by calling all Nigerians thieves and dishonest people.<br />
“Which
 foreign investor will put money in a country of dishonest people? Who 
made investors to leave Nigeria if not president Buhari?<br />
“Who created (an) atmosphere of economic and political instability in the country by his acts of nepotism and vindictiveness?”<br />
The
 governor lamented that “president Buhari has not only taken Nigeria to 
economic recession, he has also moved the country to economic depression
 and nepotism has prevented him from engaging even the best hands in his
 party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).”<br />
In a statement 
issued in Ado-Ekiti, yesterday, by his Special Assistant on Public 
Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, the governor said president
 Buhari should realise that “Nigerians will not measure his government 
on the basis of what his predecessors failed to do, but, on what he does
 or neglected to do between May 29, 2016 and May 29, 2019.<br />
He
 said with the level of hunger in the country, Buhari should rather get 
serious and be innovative with governance and stop his blame game.<br />
“No
 nation has ever attained greatness by its leaders engaging in blame 
game, nepotism and vengeance as being done by President Buhari and his 
APC government,” Fayose noted.<br />
The governor added that “Nigerians 
must begin to speak out now before the country is totally destroyed by 
this one-man government which does not welcome any idea coming from 
those perceived as opposed to his government.<br />
“As I said earlier, the main issue confronting Nigeriansnow is hunger and it does not speak the language of politics.<br />
“It is, therefore, no longer about politics; it is about preventing hunger from killing Nigerians.”<br />
Fayose,
 who said the Federal Government should stop deceiving Nigerians with 
stories of injecting funds into the economy, added that the economic 
problems facing the country have gone beyond talks of injecting N350 
billion into the economy through execution of capital projects.<br />
“Even
 if they inject N500 billion into the economy by paying contractors for 
capital projects, how does that affect the price of rice and other food 
items?<br />
“How does it affect the price of basic drugs?<br />
“Instead
 of unsustainable measures, what president Buhari should do is to bring 
economic experts in the country together, not minding their political 
and ethnic affiliations, so they can proffer lasting solutions to the 
country’s economic problems.”

 over. The Nation reports that Emefiele in a chat with journalists this 
weekend, said based on these facts, the worst in Nigeria's economic

somewhat happy that the result is paying off, because in two and a half 
months, we’ve seen close to about $1billion coming in as inflow into the
 market, and the reason this has happened is because other than just 
liberalising the market, we bought into the market the OTC (Over-The 
–Counter) features market. The Market that provides the opportunity to 
reduce the volatility in the foreign exchange market so that people do 
not bunch up their supply on the spot, so they can now go i and do their
 business without disturbing themselves about the exchange rate. Those 
were the actions that we’ve taken and today I must say that it’s been 
successful.”</blockquote>
Speaking further, Emefiele said:<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
 “Naturally, let me say this, if you are in a recession, basically what 
you do is to spend your way out of recession. I will tell us what has 
happened between January and now. I will tell you what actions have been
 taken to send us out of this situation. Budget, like you know was 
approved in May 2016 and, of course, by that time, we had started to see
 signs that this was going to happen. Unfortunately, the procurement 
process is such a long one in the Public Service and, of course you dare
 not breach, or break the rules of procurement and I give you an 
example. When you start the procurement for an item, what happens is 
that you have to advertise for bids in the newspapers. That process of 
advertisement and calling for bids require that it has to be for 12 
weeks. Twelve weeks is three months. Now when you open the bid, you’ll  
now see the numbers, you’ll now negotiate for the prices. After that 
you’ll go to the Bureau for Public Procurement, get the approval. After 
that, maybe you’ll go to the Federal Executive Council to get approval. 
You’ll find out that almost six months would have elapsed and that is 
why government is saying we must shunt this process. Shunting this 
process means that we need to have an Emergency Spending Bill, which has
 now been prepared. I am aware it’s ready for the National Assembly to 
take on for approval. What that does is, it removes all the bottlenecks 
involved in the process of procurement so that government can go 
directly and procure items and spend money to stimulate the economy.”</blockquote>
He said the Federal Government will do everything to revamp the economy 
despite the declining revenue from our main source which is the oil 
sector. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
”Government remains undaunted, the Monetary and Fiscal policies remain 
undaunted and we also had in the budget a deficit of N1.8trillion; N900 
billion was to be sourced locally, another N900 billion was to be 
sourced in foreign currency, and because the foreign currency is yet to 
come in, what the Monetary and Fiscal authorities are saying is, ‘if the
 need arises, it would provide what is called ‘Bridge Funding’ for the 
fiscal authorities so they can go ahead and spend. When the proceeds of 
the foreign loans come, then, we can use that to clear the bridge fund 
that has been done. That is allowed because this time we do not need to 
wait and that’s why you may have read  that the Minister of Finance just
 came up and said so far we have spent about N420 billion and, in fact, 
by this coming week (this week) alone another close to N374 billion 
would be injected into the economy to stimulate it. The social spending 
will kick in; other payments for capital expenditure will also kick in. 
Those are the things that government is doing and I must confess to you 
that I’m optimistic that we have turned the bend and going forward we 
will still spend more that will stimulate the economy,” he said.</blockquote>
Emefiele added that part of the plan that has been projected for 2016 is
 that one million market women will benefit from subsidized loans at 
subsidized rates that will come from “our micro, small and medium 
enterprise loan.<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
” The CBN is discussing with the fiscal authorities and the Office of 
the Vice President that handles social spending is also in discussion 
with the apex bank to see to it that “we put it in place as quickly as 
possible so that market women  across the country can enjoy the micro, 
small and medium enterprise loan at subsidised prices, the CBN chief 
added. </blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
''Those are some of the actions we are taking and I’m optimistic that 
going forward you are going to see more action that will help to 
stimulate the economy and turn the country around again,” Emefiele said.</blockquote>

Jose Mourinho's Man United 'redemption work' is now in tatters. 
Following a transfer outlay of almost £150m (almost £100m for Paul Pogba
 alone), and three losses in the last three games (Man city, Feyernord<span></span>, and Watford) it's safe to say Jose Mourinho's dream of making the club the World's most feared club is kinda fading.</div>

The last time Manchester United was beaten by Watford was almost 30 
years ago, so one might start to wonder will Mourinho break records 
negatively just like his predecessors Louis van Gaal and David Moyes?</div>

Despite a Rashford equaliser, goals from Etienne Capoue, Suniga and a 
penalty by Deeney were enough to secure three points for Watford.</div>

Watford started the first twenty minutes in impressive form with Ighalo 
missing a sitter and Deeney testing the goal keeper but it wasn't long 
before the first goal of the encounter came. Martial collecting the ball
 after a corner kick tried to contol the ball with his team mate Luke 
Shaw overlapping on the left side anticipating a pass from Martial, 
Martial was well tackled before a pass from the right side found Capoue 
who slotted the ball calmly into the net.</div>

Watford's tactics of playing with Ighalo and Deeney pressing Man U's 
wingers worked in the first half and left the Old Trafford club 
frustrated in the first half. Martial suffered a concussion and was 
substituted before halftime by Ashley Young- a Watford native.</div>

Man U resumed the second half with still no changes, Mourinho tried to 
alternate the shape of the team by urging Rashford and Rooney to play 
more centrally and it paid off in the 62nd minute as Rashford scored 
after some good footwork by Zlatan Ibrahimovic.</div>

Zlatan, Mata and Pogba occasionally showed flashes of brilliance but it all wasn't enough.</div>

Watford stunned Man U again in the 84th minute when substitute Zuniga 
scored the London's club second goal of the day. Mourinho introduced 
Depay to salvage soething out of the game but it was as pointless as it 
was worthless.</div>

Fellaini then commited a foul in Man U's penalty area in extratime and 
Watford captain Troy Deeney didn't waste time in slotting the ball past 
goalkeeper David De Gea.</div>

If Mourinho doesn't want the fans to turn on him, he should start 
delivering... and fast.. There are a whole lot of things £150m could get
 you, but today's performance isn't one of them.</div>

 this weekend and has so far amassed over 658K followers despite sharing
 just one pic so far.</div>
