 that affects each and everyone one of us on a daily basis. Naturally, 
Hollywood decided that it was time to take a stab at tackling the 
controversial yet important issue.<br />
On Monday Oct. 10, civil rights activist <b>Harry Belafonte</b> released a short film, titled,<i> Against the Wall</i>.
 The film approaches the issue with an “insiders” perspective while 
painting it more clearly for those who aren’t as aware of the 
impact police violence has had within the black community.<br />
“You cannot just go about, if it’s once or twice you can say it’s an accident or a coincidence,”<a href="http://variety.com/2016/biz/news/michael-b-jordan-police-violence-psa-danny-glover-michael-k-williams-1201886981/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Belafonte said </a>in
 a previous MSNCBC interview in the opening credits. “But when you have 
as large a population of murdered young men in the streets of America 
and they’re all black or of African American descent, I think someone is
 sending us a message. And we should respond to that message.”<br />

officials of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) among who 
were directors, general managers, and deputy general managers.<br />

According to a source at the head office of FAAN in Lagos, 
fewer than 10 general managers were reportedly demoted as they were 
earlier been improperly promoted.  The government’s aim was to see to it
 that a good number of workers in the sector have been reduced because 
of the current economic recession in the country.<br />

However, almost all the directors were said to have been 
affected, while a good number of them were demoted from Grade Levels 17 
and 16 down to 10, 12 and 14. The acting director of finance was said to
 have been demoted to Grade Level 10 and redeployed to the Department of
 Information Communications and Technology.<br />

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that the club cannot depend 
on young amazing talents like Nigerian player Alex Iwobi and Hector 
Bellerin to win major titles despite the 20yr old Nigerian being a major
 game-changer since he joined the first team last season.<br />

Wenger says it's important to have the perfect mix of young talents and 
experienced players if they are to win titles at the end of the season.<br />

is an odd company. Its CEO popped into our New York City offices the 
other week ostensibly to speak about its XYZ brand, whose budget 3D 
printers have shot to the top of the top spot in global market share. 
Then it busted out the HiMirror.<br />

It’s a smart bathroom mirror. It examines your skin, gives you metrics, tells you what you can do to improve.<br />

I will happily acknowledge that this device probably isn’t for me. 
Frankly, I’m too self-conscious to step on one of those smart bathroom 
scales that calculates your body fat (which the company also makes), so 
the idea of starting into a mirror that will examine every flaw with 
robot precision doesn’t sound like my idea of a fun way to spend a 
Monday morning – or $179 of my hard-earned cash.<br />

For those who are looking to smartify their beautify regimen, the 
product is designed to be a companion piece to a larger over all 
electronic ecosystem, syncing up with the aforementioned Smart Body 
Scale ($79) to give users an overall picture of their health/beauty.<br />

The smart mirror measures 11 x 16.4 inches. At first glance, it looks
 a bit like an electronic terminal – or maybe one of those 
teleconferencing robots you see zooming up and down the halls of 
convention centers for people who can’t be bothered to leave the office.
 That image was, no doubt, helped along by the fact that the company 
brought the mirror in on a pole. You can also hang it on a wall or prop 
it up on a table if you have the space.<br />

The system uses facial recognition and underlying technology to track
 and log skin firmness, texture, clarity, brightness and health over the
 course of hours and days. There are a lot of lingering question about 
how well it does its job, and the demo was fairly brief, though the 
company assured me that it can take into account things like complexion 
and ethnic background when assessing a face. There’s also a barcode 
scanner to input different skin care products into the system.<br />

Honestly, the most compelling bit from where I stand (directly in 
front of the mirror, wondering where I’ve gone wrong) is the 
incorporation of notifications, serving up weather, calendar alerts, 
notifications and Spotify playback on the mirror. Necessary? No. 
Cool. Sure.<br />

There are some privacy concerns here as well. After all, you’re 
essentially bringing an internet connected camera into your home. The 
company’s added a lens cap feature you can twist to close, but the mere 
notion its presence on a bathroom wall may be enough to deter a lot of 
users.<br />

The HiMirror is the first offering from the NKG brand of the same 
name, arriving alongside the company’s new scale. Perhaps most 
surprising of all, the product actually has a definite ship date here in
 the States. It’s arriving on October 17, which gives you a few days to 
weigh the pluses and minuses – before you go weighing yourself.<br />

ages us prematurely. When we consume excess sugar, the sugar molecules

that makes the skin look young and flexible. when this happens the skin

 also contain A lot of sugar, and they also ruin our teeth. Sugar sticks
 to our teeth, encouraging bacteria, decay, and discoloration. When you 
take something sweet ensure yu rinse your mouth with water afterwards so

 <strong>3. Alcohol</strong><br />
 Excess
 alcohol is bad. it damages our liver. if our liver is functioning well,
 toxins that affect our body including our skin are expelled out. 
 Excess toxins in the body can cause skin issues like acne, wrinkles 
etc.  Also, alcohol affects our sleep and less sleep means wrinkles and 
other skin issues. if you don't sleep well, you are not giving your skin
 enough time to renew itself.<br />

 salt in the body makes us dehydrated. It can also make the skin look 
puffy. Canned foods also contain a lot of salts, so be careful.<br />

energy drinks cause dehydration. They are also very high in sugar and 
also very acidic. the acidity can damage teeth and leave them more prone
 to stains that will age your smile. Always endeavour to drink a lot of 
water as dehydration is the major cause of premature ageing.<br />
 <strong>7. Caffeine</strong><br />
 Caffeine
 is dehydrating. it greatly reduces the moisture in our body. This will 
make the skin look dry and aged. Coffee which is also high is caffeine 
is really bad for our teeth. Make sure you take a lot of water, and also
 rinse your mouth with water after taking coffee.<br />

 fat causes heart diseases and they are also bad for our skin. 
Margarine, for example, has a high amount of trans fat. They cause 
inflammation and also make us vulnerable to UV damage.  Trans fat 
destroys hydration. The less your skin is hydrated, the faster the

 we deep fry foods, it exposes the oil to high temperatures, causing
