 don't meet this criteria, even if they've labelled their relationship 
as a serious one. Each item on that list ties into another, with 
emotional intimacy the one people either ignore or avoid most. Why? 
Because you can't fake emotional intimacy, and it takes time. A lot of 
it. I'd hazard few people can create that kind of bond emotionally in a 
day or even a few weeks.</div>

scared of or avoid where possible. It could happen in a group, a series 
of dates, or some other interaction all together.</div>

 feel comfortable sharing your physical and sexual boundaries with this 
person well before anything happens, knowing that whatever you say, 
they'll respect and honor your wishes, you're probably ready for a

 stuff we talked about up there going on. I know 30-somethings who 
aren't ready to enter into a serious relationship because they haven't 
learned about healthy boundaries or how to trust someone yet, or because
 they've based their relationship on physical intimacy before creating 
any sort emotional intimacy. What I will say is this: if your 
relationship meets all of the criteria above, share this article with 
your parent(s), and explain to them why you feel you're old enough. If 
they still feel you're not ready yet or need to wait a couple of years, 
please respect that, knowing that anyone you love should, and will, 
respect your parents' wishes as well.</div>

According to Reuters, the Federal government has filed a lawsuit against
 Italian energy firm ENI, U.S. major oil company, Chevron and other 
international oil firms over some crude exports, a government official 
said on Tuesday.<br />

 “The claim dates back to last March and refers to a request to our subsidiary in Nigeria for a payment of about $160 million. <br />

 in court. Similar requests have been put forward to several other 
international oil companies operating in Nigeria.”ENI said by email.

Chevron said by email: “This matter is the subject of ongoing litigation
 before the court in Nigeria. We will not comment further on the matter 
since it is already before the courts.” </blockquote>
A Nigerian government official, asking not to be named, confirmed the 
lawsuit but said he had no details. State oil firm NNPC could not be 
reached for comment despite repeated attempts to call its spokesman.

Nigerian newspaper Vanguard’s website said Nigeria had sued ENI’s unit 
Agip and France’s Total for $635 million for allegedly undeclared crude 
cargoes between 2011 and 2014.<br />
<br />
It cited court documents.

The lawsuit might further sour the mood of oil majors which have been 
hit by militant attacks in the Niger Delta oil hub, reducing crude 
output by a third.

Michael Moore is facing murder charges in Texarkana, Texas for the death
 of 2 year old Kaderius King, who died from head trauma last year 
November after he was assaulted by Michael. Kad's mum left him at home 
with Michael, who she was dating at the time, to go to work, only to get
 a call from him that the toddler wasn't breathing. The mum returned 
home and rushed her son to hospital where he died..<br />
<br />
Autopsy results showed the child died from head trauma. Michael is being
 held at the Bowie County Jail on a first degree murder charge.

Last week, rapper Kid Cudi called out Kanye West
 and Drake and made a few bizarre statements. It's now being reported 
that he's having a difficult time right now. According to reports, Kid 
Cudi s in the midst of a mental breakdown - caused by mental health 
issues and drugs.<br />

His baby mama is now so scared of him, she got a restraining order against him.<br />

Cudi allegedly texted her in excess of 168 messages – 
between August 11th and 14th – in which he threatened to call child 
services on her and that he was going to “send the guy to stand by my 
house” and that she was “so gross and sick n the head” and “ain’t sh*t” 
and he was going to serve her with legal papers because he was seeking 
sole custody of their daughter.<br />

Jacqueline says the rapper demanded parenting time with their 
daughter during time that she already informed him she would be spending
 with their child. She claims despite him being in Chicago for 
Lollapalooza, he never contacted her to see their child.<br />

She says that he also threatened to go to the news and contact 
outlets and even threatened that he would create a Twitter hashtag 
“Justice for Vada” (his daughter’s name) and would blast it on social 
media for months and even make t-shirts. She explains his previous 
negative tweets about her have caused his millions of fans to suggest 
violence against her.<br />

She accuses him of threatening her for no reason and says he berates 
and mocks her. He sent messages calling her a “fat f*ck”, “*sshole” and 
told her.<br />

Cudi also demanded that his daughter not have any photos taken unless
 she was onstage at his concert. Further, when she went to her father’s 
funeral in Ohio, he sent a series of messages about Vada having played 
Pokeman with her older cousin to which he said “Vada hanging around a 
bunch of white people is not what I want either” and “Vada don’t look 
like anyone in your family.”<br />

She told him the messages were insensitive and hurtful, to which he 
called her too sensitive. Jacqueline accuses the rapper of not even 
exercising his parenting time and when he does, he doesn’t follow the 
court order.

A judge granted Jacqueline an order
 of protection against Kid Cudi which will stay in effect until August 18th 
2017.
