<br />This is what we call a worthy data plan. A worthy data plan is a plan that gives you 100% value of what you pay for.<br /><br />MTN unveil this plan this week at the Africa’s Biggest tech event in Lagos-Nigeria by TechPlus<br /><br />Normally,
 3.5GB data goes for N2000, but this time, MTN at TechPlus applied the
multipliers effect that gives you 7GB of data for just N2000. I know you
 love it when you get big data for lesser amount. This is exactly 100%
bonus.</div>
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />It is a new plan, a new deal for those who think they value the use of data.<br /><br />Will it Work on My Device?<br /><br />Yes, it will work on all eligible devices including the un-repented Symbian phones.<br /><br />How Can I Get This Plan?<br /><br />>> Load N2000 on your MTN line<br /><br />>> Send 2016 to 131 and you’ll receive a message that you have been credited with 7GB on Tech+ 100% Dealzone.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />But do you know what, You can even get upto 9GB with your N2000… Ask me How?<br />It
 is pretty simple. MTN is currently on weekend promo called WowWeekend.
This is how wow weekend works, when you recharge any amount, you get
free data e.g, when you recharge N200, you get free 100MB. When you
recharge N500 and above, you get free 1GB.<br />Load your line with MTN
airtime of N2,000 and you’ll get free 2GB usable only from Friday to
Sunday. You can then use your N2000 to get 7GB of data making it 9GB.<br />It is time to choose which network is your best when it comes to data.</div>

A statement by El-Rufai’s Special Assistant for Media and Publicity,
 Samuel Aruwan, said: "The Kaduna State Government has issued an Order
declaring the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) an unlawful society.
This action is taken in the exercise of the government’s duty to
preserve peace and security in the state, and to ensure that all persons
 and organisations are guided by lawful conductand with due allegiance
to the Nigerian state and its Constitution."</div>
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
Below is the full text of the Kaduna State government’s order: Kaduna declares Islamic Movement in Nigeria an unlawful society<br />
<br />
The
 Kaduna State Government has issued an Order declaring the Islamic
Movement in Nigeria (IMN) an unlawful society. This action is taken in
the exercise of the government’s duty to preserve peace and security in
the state, and to ensure that all persons and organisations are guided
by lawful conduct and with due allegiance to the Nigerian state and its
Constitution. The Kaduna stateexecutive council approved the making of
this order following deliberations at its meeting of Thursday, 06
October 2016.<br />
<br />
The Order, which has been signed by the Governor,
draws on powers vested by the Constitution and the laws of Kaduna State.
 Section 45 (1) of the Constitution categorically vests in the Governor
the powers to take such measures and actions as are necessary for the
promotion and protection of:<br />
<br />
Section 97A of the Penal Code (Cap
110, Laws of Kaduna State, 1991) empowers the Governorto declare as an
unlawful society any organisation whose activities are dangerous to the
security and good governance of the state.<br />
<br />
The Judicial
Commission of Inquiry into the Zaria Clashes of 12-14 December 2015
found that the IMN is not a registered organisation, that it has a
paramilitary wing and that its members do not recognise or respect the
laws of the country and the duly constituted authorities that have the
responsibility to secure and administer the country.<br />
The Order noted
that “these acts, if allowed to go unchecked will constitute danger to
the peace, tranquility, harmonious coexistence and good governance of
Kaduna State”.<br />
<br />
The Declaration Order, which comes into effect on
Friday, 7 October 2016, provides for the prosecution of persons that may
 be in breach of its provisions under the laws of Kaduna State:<br />
"Whoever
 manages, or is a member of the said Society under any appellation or
mutation with the propensity of causing the breakdown of law and order,
or operates in a manner dangerous to the good governance of the State
shall, from commencement of this order, be prosecuted in accordance with
 the Laws of Kaduna State."<br />
<br />
Sections 97A and 97B of the Penal
Code prescribe a penalty of imprisonment for seven years or a fine or
both for any person convicted for belonging to an unlawful society.<br />
The
 Kaduna State Government reaffirms its vigorous commitment to upholding
the right of citizens to practice the religion of their choice. These
are rights fully protected by Sections 38 and 40 of the Constitution.<br />
<br />
Such
 rights to freedom of thought and worship must however be exercised in
ways that do not infringe on the rights of others, and should not
subject other people to distress and inconvenience.</td></tr>

<br />I was just in school today going on with my normal life, I was at
the school hostel (Akindeko) to charge my phone and take my drugs (the
once I was given earlier at the health centre after going to complain
about my medical condition) until i got a call from my sister via mom's
phone. First she asked me what's wrong with me, I didn't understand,
again she asked why would I deliberately get myself in trouble by
writing rubbish on facebook, I still didn't understand, then she said I
should check my facebook account.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br />I immediately rushed to my phone and logged in via free facebook for
 airtel, and I saw all the whole trending news about a post made with my
 facebook on a closed group about "rape". I'm urging everyone to debunk
such news as I never made such, my account was hacked into. The last
time I logged in was yesterday evening after running out of data. The

With the Nigerian government still groping in the dark for ways to
effectively address the poor power situation in the country, a young
Nigerian entrepreneur has come up with some cheap power management
solutions for citizens.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
Moses Oraezue, the Chief Executive Officer of Power Alertz is promoting a
 range of services that includes providing information to electricity
consumers about when light comes and goes and also other services to
improve customer care nationally. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“We are not reinventing the wheel. We are just trying to create
practical solutions to everyday problems”, he said. “You know, we have
had the light problem now from time immemorial and throughout the time
of this problem, one constant thing is that people still struggle to
manage the time they have light. Why is this so? Lack of information.
Power Alertz provides information that users can work with in the
circumstances”.</blockquote>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRXs-9wNPk5QIDJFckDgXfdyscRMG8mk0M9UnZksMUs-rcOjW1OrewBniEiTKQQ_ZCZk_dXmouVKkO4oZ7l8EJpxmnn_0E6Mc0cFL5opW3xY3qURuzAEgc9bvyi6iqwMVSIuPpbfi7Nzci/s1600/z.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRXs-9wNPk5QIDJFckDgXfdyscRMG8mk0M9UnZksMUs-rcOjW1OrewBniEiTKQQ_ZCZk_dXmouVKkO4oZ7l8EJpxmnn_0E6Mc0cFL5opW3xY3qURuzAEgc9bvyi6iqwMVSIuPpbfi7Nzci/s400/z.png" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Mr. Oraezue explained in practical terms how this works: <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“This is an SMS alert service that gives you warning about when the
light is likely to go and when it will be restored. This will allow you
plan your use of power better within the time you have it available. You
 know, recently, I was reading a lady’s lighthearted update on Facebook.
 I say lighthearted, but, obviously, the issue is serious. She said they
 hadn’t seen PHCN light for over a week in her area, but just as she was
 about stepping out of the house for work one morning, the light came.
In frustration, she wondered what she was supposed to do with the light
at that point when she was on her way out to work”. </blockquote>
Mr. Oraezue believes this little story exemplifies the situation of many
 electricity consumers at the moment. He gave examples of someone
ironing and suddenly the power goes, people working on important
projects on their computers only to have the light go (especially where
you are dealing with systems with no battery power) and situations where
 electricity might be needed to pump water before it’s out and so on. He
 says in these and similar situations, what you need is some form of
notice, so you know how to plan your light usage within the period you
get such a notice and the light becoming unavailable. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“What Power Alertz does is to give you information via SMS about when
the light would be out and when it would be restored. It gives you 5 to 7
 minutes before it is out and 5 to 7 minutes before it is restored. That
 way, you can have some kind of control of the situation”.</blockquote>
Mr. Oraezue says he understands that the ultimate thing Nigerians want
is to have 24 hours electricity and power supply, but that is still many
 years away. While the government and distribution companies have been
working hard to build power capacity up, the reality is that the people
continue to struggle with managing the little power they have in the
meantime. So, he believes this is some sort of power management solution
 that will be useful for everyone. Indeed, with the cost as low as the
price of a bottle of water to sign up for a month, he sees no reason why
 every Nigerian household and business shouldn’t have it.<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
 “For us, it’s not the profit; it’s the satisfaction of providing
Nigerians with some sort of autonomy over how to use the power they
have”, he said.</blockquote>
He also seems to have identified another problem, which he said is poor
customer service. According to him, the fact that the power supply
situation is bad because of poor capacity does not excuse, for instance,
 customers being left in the dark about what the problem is. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“Of course, there are many reasons why power can be out, but the key
thing is to let customers know why they don’t have power. Our plan,
along with the SMS alert service, is to have toll-free numbers that
Nigerians can call free from wherever they are to get factual
information about why they don’t have power in their area and what is
being done to restore it. Such information is always useful for
individuals and communities”. </blockquote>
Mr Oraezue says the toll-free service will be available to all Nigerians
 who call the lines, but subscribers to the SMS service would
automatically have that information through the service.<br />
<br />
Mr. Oraezue, whose company has done several pilot studies on key aspects
 of the power business in Nigeria believes that until consumers are
given power over the management of electricity, we will still be
suffering from vandalism and such violence that is sometimes visited on
PHCN officials who go into neighbourhoods to disconnect lights or
collect payments from consumers. A combination of customer frustration
from poor service and the psychological and physical impact of power
unavailability tips some people over the edge, but with the right
information delivered professionally and respectfully and service
charges made transparent, customers would be more open to cooperate. <br />
<br />
They will also feel the need to treat electricity assets in their areas
as their own and report any attack or vandalism as quickly as they see
it or even prevent it where they can if given incentives to do so. Mr.
Oraezue says he is banking on technology to deliver the solutions needed
 in all these areas. He believes that investing in relevant and modern
customer communication strategies and technologies to meet the needs of
Nigerians is a win-win for the entrepreneur and customer, because of the
 huge market.<br />
Ms. Amanda Hawkins, a Director of Power Alertz recently led a company
team from the UK on a tour of electricity facilities in Nigeria. She
said at first, it was a culture shock experiencing the frequency of the
outages; but upon close examination, she began to marvel at the
ingenuity of the people under the situation. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“It comes down to time management”, she said. “Many small businesses,
even those that can afford alternative power sources, lose time between
when the light is out and when it’s restored basically because they do
not have the relevant information to act on. For instance, I was at a
place where the proprietor told me he cannot leave petrol in his
generator because of the experience of petrol thieves draining it from
his generator when it’s not on, especially at the height of the fuel
scarcity crisis. For him, the SMS alert service will be a useful tool to
 manage that situation safely, because he would now only go and put in
petrol to run the generator only after getting an alert and that would
save him time, because it means he or his staff on night shift wouldn't
have to go with a torch in the dark to do it only after the light is
gone. While he admits it’s not a foolproof method, he believes it would
still help him manage the situation better”.</blockquote>
Ms. Hawkins believes that on the public level, the main problem is
wastefulness. She believes that there are too many strata of unnecessary
 bureaucracies leading to too much being spent on too little. She says
the company has already commenced meetings with some of the DisCos with a
 view to partnering them in delivering much more effective customer care
 solutions. For instance, having a one-stop place for customer care is
ideal for everyone and it reduces the confusion. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“Our hope is that Power Alertz acts as the intermediary between the
DisCos and Nigerian people. We have informed the DisCos that Power
Alertz will do all of this, including total overhaul and rebranding, at
no cost to the DisCos or the government. The gain for us is that we are
helping create the best conditions for our customers to enjoy our
services", she said.</blockquote>

A student teacher and mum of one who got a dildo (sex toy) stuck in her
anus had to undergo surgery after trying to no avail to remove the
object, even going as far as using a fork handle and BBQ prongs to
remove it.<br />

<br />
<br />
It was a bright Saturday morning….I woke up around 6am after a long
day at work the previous day, as usual, I brushed, picked up my booth
and jersey, called Sesan from the other flat……….”Guy, its time for
field”……………….<br />

We walked down to a secondary school pitch close to our house (That’s
 where guys play soccer every weekend)……..There were not too much people
 for set that day so we ended a bit early like around after 10. I went
home straight with sesan and two other guys from the field but instead
of the guys to go to their house straight, they decided to chill a bit
at my place. We were so tired.<br />

<div class="googlepublisherpluginad" style="clear: none; height: auto; text-align: center; width: 100%;">
<ins class="adsbygoogle" data-ad-channel="WordPressSinglePost" data-ad-client="ca-pub-3615137803023294" data-ad-format="auto" data-ad-slot="5980199368" data-adsbygoogle-status="done" data-tag-origin="pso" style="background-color: transparent; display: block; height: 60px; margin: 10px auto;"><ins id="aswift_0_expand" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: inline-table; height: 60px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 588px;"><ins id="aswift_0_anchor" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: block; height: 60px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 588px;"></ins></ins></ins></div>
Four
 of us decided to sit outside my house and started gisting about
different things, from politics to girls and football but football takes
 the other of the day…Our discussion was not without some chilled spirit
 and sprite mixture couple with some fried meat which my girlfriend
prepared for me for the weekend.<br />

Suddenly, the someone opened our main gate, for my mind “oooohhhh,
this people have come again”…..Sesan quickly said “Guy, abeg I dey go
shower abeg”…………All the other guys started grumbling too…..i had no
option than to wait as they started approaching us and I couldn’t stand
up again as it will be so embarrassing to them………..”Awon oloshe wo
leleyi gan”…………It was two guys and a lady that walked into my
compound….the two guys carried hand bag which comes from their shoulder
down the side of their thigh…..One of them was on suit fully kitted
while the other put on just pant trouser, shirt and tie to match it up.
The lady put on a blue shirt and black skirt with a black big bag..no
make up or anything…………….<br />
Ordinarily, this was not the first time am seeing them coming to preach
for me but I was not just in the mood that day at all………they approached
us and it was all joke here and there…they preach a bit and we sometimes
 change it to politics with them and talk about life generally…..Jokes
do come in at interval and the lady seems to be a bit friendly likewise
the guys too……what we thought will be a boring moment was actually all
fun except from the fact that we were drinking and offered them part of
it which they declined. They even preached to us to stop drinking as it
was not a good idea and is a sin to God…”Oga, leave that even Jesus
turned water to wine”………………<br />

Before we knew it, it was almost like an hour we have been
discussing, they gave us one of their pamphlet to read through and
digest as they make their way out of the compound..It was during this
moment one of the guy said<br />

Guy 1: “Guy, una no see dat babe bottom…see as e dey roll they go, this is bad mehn”<br />

Guy 2: Una think say I dey listen to the preaching before? Na her
endowed bweast I just dey look since oooo….the babe carry no be small<br />

Me:Na God go save una…..this one na JW ooooo…..dem no dey do that kind thing oooo<br />

Guy 1: Forget that one abeg, na dem dey do am pass<br />

Guy 2: Tolu na confirm SU oooooo………………and u no hw many times I don collect pass for her body<br />

Me: which Tolu b that?<br />

Guy 2 : The same one wey you know now….wey dey stay Anthony street..<br />

Guy 1: Na lieu<br />

Me:Guy, $get that one, no be the same tolu wey I know…..the babe dey too saint jare and no be like you she fit fall for<br />

Guy 2: Una dey doubt me?<br />

Me: Yes now…………..who go believe you…..<br />

He brought out his phone, scroll to the picture gallery..what we saw
was alarming…different pics of tolu lying down on his bed, the one they
snapped together and all sort of romantic bed mood pictures..we were
totally convinced that he has actually done something with Tolu and it
was a great surprise to us. (That’s life, never trust any babe…………ALL
BABE HAVE THEIR PASSWORD, ONCE U ARE A GOOD HACKER, U CAN DEFINITELY
HACK THEIR SYSTEM, GET THEIR PASSWORD FOR FREE ACCESS).<br />

My guys left me after a while and I started doing some house chores
and all other stuff (Bachelors life), I ate, sleep till later in the
evening when I decided to visit some friends in my area…Need to say here
 that am a gentle guy to the core, I hardly talk and not too many people
 know me in the area, my schedule was always from work to house everyday
 and indoor most times of the weekend..If not for football I doubt if
anybody will know me in the area.<br />

I dressed to my finest and walk through my street to like three other
 street, who was coming out of a shop?the lady that came in the morning
to preach for me but she was putting on another cloth this time around
but still almost the same way she dressed in the morning….she was
walking towards my side and my mind quickly flashed on what my guy said
in the morning…..this babe was naturally endowed…….fully packed. I
didn’t let her walk pass me before saying hello<br />

Me: Good afternoon sister<br />

Lady:Good afternoon sir (trying to walk away immediately)<br />

Me:Sorry oooo sister, I was the one you came to preach for at the other street this morning<br />

“she stopped and look back with a smile”<br />

Me: You, remembered? Drinking with some of my guys early in the morning<br />

Lady:ohk…Good afternoon Sir….”walk a bit towards her before she decide to walk away again”<br />

Me:My name is snakie<br />

Lady:Am Deborah……………………<br />

Me:Nice meeting you<br />

Debby:It’s a pleasure<br />

Me:Thanks so much for coming by this morning, your discussion was an
eye opener and reading through the pamphlet today says a lot to me (I
read anytyn)<br />

Debby:that’s good to hear brother snakie<br />

Me:Do you stay around here……….<br />

Debby:No ooooo……….our meeting point is just down the street, that’s where we usually meet before going for evangelism<br />

Me:I guess as much cos have never seen this face before in this area (How many face wey I no)<br />

Debby:Yes…………………<br />

Me:whats sister debby doing aside from evangelism<br />

Debby:am a student in the State uni here<br />

Me:u don’t mean it …..greatest **********<br />

Debby:smile<br />

Me:what course are you studying………………<br />

Debby: Banking and Finance 300level<br />

Me:You can imagine….I graduated from that department 3yrs ago, I
guess u must be in 100level then or just gain admission (Me, banking and
 finance? Dem no dey share dog laps give an imam now)….though I
graduated from that same faculty (FMS) definitely not Banking and
finance but as a FMS student that knows the happenings in the faculty, I
 knew every bit of things in that faculty…….<br />

Me:What of Dr Oyesanmi, is he still that same strict lecturer<br />

Debby: Yes ooooo………..still the same way ooo<br />

Me:Hey yah….i was his boy way back then and he was my supervisor<br />

Debby:ehn ehn………………I even gave him 3 topics for my project but he
rejected all that I should go and bring another ones and if I didn’t
come up with any, he will give me one….<br />

Me:Don’t allow him to give you any oooo cos the materials might be scarce<br />

Debby:That’s what people are saying oooo<br />

Me:I have some very good topics at home with the materials that you
can use, maybe you should give me your number lemme text them to you and
 if he accepted any one of them, you can come and pick all the
materials………….<br />

Debby:Waoh…I will so much appreciate that, thanks so much………….<br />

Handed my phone over to her to type her number then dialed it
immediately to be sure it wasn’t a wrong number…………….(STEP ONE, MISSION
ACCOMPLISHED)<br />

Today at about 6.30am, troops of Operation Lafiya Dole intercepted and
neutralized a male suicide bomber at the outskirts of Maiduguri, Borno
State. The terrorist who attempted to infiltrate through the troops
forward defences at Jidari Polo general area, came in through Alidawari
village about 4 kilometres ahead of Jidari strapped with heavy
Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) vest.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
The vigilant troops on sighting him laid in wait for the intruder when
vehemently refused to stop despite several warnings and challenges. A
marksman neutralized the suicide bomber. The combined team of Nigerian
Army and Nigeria Police Explosive Ordinance Device (EOD) safely
detonated the IED laden vest on the suicide bomber.<br />
