Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that the club cannot depend
on young amazing talents like Nigerian player Alex Iwobi and Hector
Bellerin to win major titles despite the 20yr old Nigerian being a major
 game-changer since he joined the first team last season.<br />
<br />
Wenger says it's important to have the perfect mix of young talents and
experienced players if they are to win titles at the end of the season.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
"To be a real football player, you need to be 23 years old because you
have learned your job, you can have a great game and after, sometimes an
 average game," Wenger said.

"You can have one or two exceptional talents, like at the moment we have
 Hector Bellerin and Iwobi, but the core of the team has to be from 23
to 30.

"If you look at the national teams, you never win a tournament with a
young team, because it's more mental at some stage to win something big.

"You need to have a certain level of experience."</blockquote>

The bathroom mirror gets smart(PHOTOS)

                                                    <br />
<img alt="" height="225" src="https://tctechcrunch2011.files.wordpress.com/2016/10/himirror_001.jpg?w=800&h=450" width="400" />New Kinpo Group
is an odd company. Its CEO popped into our New York City offices the
other week ostensibly to speak about its XYZ brand, whose budget 3D
printers have shot to the top of the top spot in global market share.
Then it busted out the HiMirror.<br />

It’s a smart bathroom mirror. It examines your skin, gives you metrics, tells you what you can do to improve.<br />

I will happily acknowledge that this device probably isn’t for me.
Frankly, I’m too self-conscious to step on one of those smart bathroom
scales that calculates your body fat (which the company also makes), so
the idea of starting into a mirror that will examine every flaw with
robot precision doesn’t sound like my idea of a fun way to spend a
Monday morning – or $179 of my hard-earned cash.<br />

For those who are looking to smartify their beautify regimen, the
product is designed to be a companion piece to a larger over all
electronic ecosystem, syncing up with the aforementioned Smart Body
Scale ($79) to give users an overall picture of their health/beauty.<br />

The smart mirror measures 11 x 16.4 inches. At first glance, it looks
 a bit like an electronic terminal – or maybe one of those
teleconferencing robots you see zooming up and down the halls of
convention centers for people who can’t be bothered to leave the office.
 That image was, no doubt, helped along by the fact that the company
brought the mirror in on a pole. You can also hang it on a wall or prop
it up on a table if you have the space.<br />

The system uses facial recognition and underlying technology to track
 and log skin firmness, texture, clarity, brightness and health over the
 course of hours and days. There are a lot of lingering question about
how well it does its job, and the demo was fairly brief, though the
company assured me that it can take into account things like complexion
and ethnic background when assessing a face. There’s also a barcode
scanner to input different skin care products into the system.<br />

Honestly, the most compelling bit from where I stand (directly in
front of the mirror, wondering where I’ve gone wrong) is the
incorporation of notifications, serving up weather, calendar alerts,
notifications and Spotify playback on the mirror. Necessary? No.
Cool. Sure.<br />

There are some privacy concerns here as well. After all, you’re
essentially bringing an internet connected camera into your home. The
company’s added a lens cap feature you can twist to close, but the mere
notion its presence on a bathroom wall may be enough to deter a lot of
users.<br />

The HiMirror is the first offering from the NKG brand of the same
name, arriving alongside the company’s new scale. Perhaps most
surprising of all, the product actually has a definite ship date here in
 the States. It’s arriving on October 17, which gives you a few days to
weigh the pluses and minuses – before you go weighing yourself.<br />

careful things we eat can make us older overnight, but the good news is
we can control what we eat. So you don't have to really worry about
premature ageing. Here are 10 foods that age us<br />
 <strong>1. Sugar</strong><br />
 Excess
 sugar is relly bad for us. it not only cause health problems, it also
ages us prematurely. When we consume excess sugar, the sugar molecules
combine with proteins, it also attaches itself to collagen the protein
that makes the skin look young and flexible. when this happens the skin
will become stiff and inflexible<br />
 <strong>2. Sweets</strong><br />
 Sweets
 also contain A lot of sugar, and they also ruin our teeth. Sugar sticks
 to our teeth, encouraging bacteria, decay, and discoloration. When you
take something sweet ensure yu rinse your mouth with water afterwards so
 as to remove any buildup.<br />
 <strong>3. Alcohol</strong><br />
 Excess
 alcohol is bad. it damages our liver. if our liver is functioning well,
 toxins that affect our body including our skin are expelled out.
 Excess toxins in the body can cause skin issues like acne, wrinkles
etc.  Also, alcohol affects our sleep and less sleep means wrinkles and
other skin issues. if you don't sleep well, you are not giving your skin
 enough time to renew itself.<br />
 <strong>4. Salty foods</strong><br />
 Excess
 salt in the body makes us dehydrated. It can also make the skin look
puffy. Canned foods also contain a lot of salts, so be careful.<br />
 <strong>5. Red meat and Processed meat</strong><br />
 Fatty
 meat generates free radicals and this damages healthy cells in the
body. This damage ultimately affects our skin's ability to protect
itself and generate collagen. Red meat should not be a habit.  Processed
 meat like sausages etc is really bad. they cause heart problems, they
are really salty and they have sulphites and other preservatives, which
can trigger inflammation in the skin, and accelerate the appearance of
ageing.<br />
 <strong>6. Energy Drinks</strong><br />
 The contents in
energy drinks cause dehydration. They are also very high in sugar and
also very acidic. the acidity can damage teeth and leave them more prone
 to stains that will age your smile. Always endeavour to drink a lot of
water as dehydration is the major cause of premature ageing.<br />
 <strong>7. Caffeine</strong><br />
 Caffeine
 is dehydrating. it greatly reduces the moisture in our body. This will
make the skin look dry and aged. Coffee which is also high is caffeine
is really bad for our teeth. Make sure you take a lot of water, and also
 rinse your mouth with water after taking coffee.<br />
 <strong>8. Trans fat (artificial fat)</strong><br />
 Trans
 fat causes heart diseases and they are also bad for our skin.
Margarine, for example, has a high amount of trans fat. They cause
inflammation and also make us vulnerable to UV damage.  Trans fat
destroys hydration. The less your skin is hydrated, the faster the
wrinkles appear.”<br />
 <strong>9. Deep fried foods</strong><br />
 When
 we deep fry foods, it exposes the oil to high temperatures, causing
free radicals. This is bad for our organs and also our skin.<br />
 <strong>10. Soda</strong><br />
 Soda
 contains a lot of sugar, and it also dehydrates the body. If you don't
want your skin looking wrinkled reduce the amount of soda you take .

I got home later in the evening and started checking through my

ready made thesis and all sort…After so much wahala, I was able to
arrive at three topics which I immediately text to her…..i didn’t even
bother to call if she sees it or not………<br />

The following morning I got a whatsapp message on my phone saying
thank you so much bro snakie, I will submit it to him on Monday………….Her
dp was totally different from what I saw, the person on the dp was on
jean and armless top with ear rings and light make up to match it

Debby:Am so sorry………………………….<br />

Mount Nyangani is one mountain that is feared by most<br />
people that
live in the Eastern Highlands where a number of people have disappeared
without trace.<span id="more-3096224743864790"></span><br />

<strong>Saturday Dialogue with Ropafadzo Mapimhidze</strong><br />

They say it is a sacred highland.<br />

Mt Nyangani is known, just like other places around the world, like
the Bermuda Triangle and the Devil’s Triangle of Japan, that have formed
 part of “pop” paranormal or ghost-like studies for decades.<br />
However, mountains generally seem to play a greater role as sites for mysterious disappearances than any other sites.<br />

Two girls who were hardly teenagers, daughters of a former government
 official Tichaendepi Masaya disappeared on Mt Nyangani in 1981. Despite
 the massive searches using helicopters, they have not been found.<br />
<div class="code-block code-block-3" style="margin: 8px 0px;">

<ins class="adsbygoogle" data-ad-client="ca-pub-5185228015030174" data-ad-slot="9674691662" data-adsbygoogle-status="done" style="display: inline-block; height: 15px; width: 728px;"><ins id="aswift_1_expand" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: inline-table; height: 15px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 728px;"><ins id="aswift_1_anchor" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: block; height: 15px; margin: 0; padding: 0; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 728px;"></ins></ins></ins>
</div>
Vanishing on this mountain is neither a myth nor a legend. It is
real. There is a long-held belief by the Manyika people living around
that area that says a vindictive spiritual presence on the mountain is
responsible for the disappearences.<br />

They say had the parents sought ancestral spiritual help from the
elders, the children, who are said to be in a state of suspension
“chimidza”, would have been returned.<br />

Hardly five years later, an eight-year-old tourist called Robert
Ackhurst (8), vanished in that mountain. He too has since not been
located.<br />

Barely two weeks ago, a local tourist of Asian descent disappeared on
 this mountain where he had gone hiking with friends and family.<br />
Zayd Dada aged 31, was in the company of his wife and another couple
when they climbed halfway up the mountain. The couple and his wife gave
up while Zayd proceeded alone.<br />

He was nowhere to be found. What exactly is the story behind these disappearances?<br />

Between 1984 and 1985 I had the opportunity of discussing the
mysteries surrounding Mount Nyangani, when I was an information officer
for Mutare district.<br />

Everyone I spoke to said Mt Nyangani had to be approached with great
caution. Mountain climbers were urged to seek permission from elders
living around the area before venturing into the deep thickets.<br />
That mountain can change into all sorts of weather from bright and sunny, to a foggy, cloudy and dewy terrain in a day.<br />

I recall refusing to accompany a journalist, the late Simomo Mubi and
 a news crew, up there and chose to remain at the foot of the mountain.<br />

A senior government official in the early 1980s said he once got
“lost” for nearly four days when he was a young man. But when he was
eventually found, it was as if he had been missing for just a few hours.<br />

He said he was not hungry nor did he show any signs of fatigue or dehydration.<br />

Traditional leaders in that area apparently played a major role in
his reappearance because some cultural rites had been performed to
appease the spirits surrounding this mystical mountain.<br />

It is also believed that this mountain could have swallowed many fighters during the war of the liberation.<br />

All these cases seemed to point to the fact that these people would
have wandered off in different directions and got captured by the
invisible inhabitants of this mountain.<br />

It has hence become very difficult to talk about Mount Nyangani
without mentioning the mysteries and magic surrounding this vast natural
 wonder.<br />

Mt Nyangani is no doubt infamous for common and unexplained human disappearances.<br />

The mountain is the highest in Zimbabwe standing at 2 592 metres (8 504 feet).<br />

Locals say when you come across a strange colourful snake, a
smouldering clay pot with no fire in sight or a brick of gold, it’s best
 to pretend you have not seen anything and move on.<br />

This is also clearly stated in a book by Cliff Mcillwaine, the
grandson of Sir Robert Mcilwaine who was a highly respected High Court
Judge in the then Rhodesia titled The Legend of Mt Nyangani which is
based on the mysterious disappearances on the mountain.<br />

Psychic research has in recent years become accepted even by police
detectives as an option in solving such mysteries world-wide.<br />

However, a reader using the name Musuri, who commented on the story
about the latest disappearance on The Standard website, came up with a
good suggestions which authorities should consider.<br />

He said: “There is need to establish a procedure where, all tourists
are taken on a guided trail by local climbers that know the terrain very
 well and all tourists and guides are mandated to wear reflective
jackets locally available.<br />

“Climbers or their guides must have simple tools such as a whistle/bell — yes you heard me right — to raise alarm if need be.<br />
“Try to set up a well-known common trail to make search and rescue
operations easier by limiting them to a smaller geographic area.<br />

Such a trail can be paved by local granite along the way, even if we
paved only 10 metres a year, eventually we will get to the top. If we
had started in 1980, we would have done 330 metres(1100 feet) by now.
And this does not require any financial investment at all.<br />

Each visitor can be encouraged to collect a single boulder and place
it on the trail on each visit. This idea sounds ridiculous and crazy,
well find out a little about the Great Wall of China,” Musuri said.

<br />This is what we call a worthy data plan. A worthy data plan is a plan that gives you 100% value of what you pay for.<br /><br />MTN unveil this plan this week at the Africa’s Biggest tech event in Lagos-Nigeria by TechPlus<br /><br />Normally,
 3.5GB data goes for N2000, but this time, MTN at TechPlus applied the
multipliers effect that gives you 7GB of data for just N2000. I know you
 love it when you get big data for lesser amount. This is exactly 100%
bonus.</div>
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />It is a new plan, a new deal for those who think they value the use of data.<br /><br />Will it Work on My Device?<br /><br />Yes, it will work on all eligible devices including the un-repented Symbian phones.<br /><br />How Can I Get This Plan?<br /><br />>> Load N2000 on your MTN line<br /><br />>> Send 2016 to 131 and you’ll receive a message that you have been credited with 7GB on Tech+ 100% Dealzone.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br />But do you know what, You can even get upto 9GB with your N2000… Ask me How?<br />It
 is pretty simple. MTN is currently on weekend promo called WowWeekend.
This is how wow weekend works, when you recharge any amount, you get
free data e.g, when you recharge N200, you get free 100MB. When you

A statement by El-Rufai’s Special Assistant for Media and Publicity,
 Samuel Aruwan, said: "The Kaduna State Government has issued an Order
declaring the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) an unlawful society.
This action is taken in the exercise of the government’s duty to
preserve peace and security in the state, and to ensure that all persons
 and organisations are guided by lawful conductand with due allegiance
to the Nigerian state and its Constitution."</div>
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
Below is the full text of the Kaduna State government’s order: Kaduna declares Islamic Movement in Nigeria an unlawful society<br />
<br />
The
 Kaduna State Government has issued an Order declaring the Islamic
Movement in Nigeria (IMN) an unlawful society. This action is taken in
the exercise of the government’s duty to preserve peace and security in
the state, and to ensure that all persons and organisations are guided
by lawful conduct and with due allegiance to the Nigerian state and its
Constitution. The Kaduna stateexecutive council approved the making of
this order following deliberations at its meeting of Thursday, 06
October 2016.<br />
<br />
The Order, which has been signed by the Governor,
draws on powers vested by the Constitution and the laws of Kaduna State.
 Section 45 (1) of the Constitution categorically vests in the Governor
the powers to take such measures and actions as are necessary for the
promotion and protection of:<br />
<br />
Section 97A of the Penal Code (Cap
110, Laws of Kaduna State, 1991) empowers the Governorto declare as an
unlawful society any organisation whose activities are dangerous to the
security and good governance of the state.<br />
<br />
The Judicial
Commission of Inquiry into the Zaria Clashes of 12-14 December 2015
found that the IMN is not a registered organisation, that it has a
paramilitary wing and that its members do not recognise or respect the
laws of the country and the duly constituted authorities that have the
responsibility to secure and administer the country.<br />
The Order noted
that “these acts, if allowed to go unchecked will constitute danger to
the peace, tranquility, harmonious coexistence and good governance of
Kaduna State”.<br />
<br />
The Declaration Order, which comes into effect on
Friday, 7 October 2016, provides for the prosecution of persons that may
 be in breach of its provisions under the laws of Kaduna State:<br />
"Whoever
 manages, or is a member of the said Society under any appellation or
mutation with the propensity of causing the breakdown of law and order,
or operates in a manner dangerous to the good governance of the State
shall, from commencement of this order, be prosecuted in accordance with
 the Laws of Kaduna State."<br />
<br />
Sections 97A and 97B of the Penal
Code prescribe a penalty of imprisonment for seven years or a fine or
both for any person convicted for belonging to an unlawful society.<br />
The
 Kaduna State Government reaffirms its vigorous commitment to upholding
the right of citizens to practice the religion of their choice. These
are rights fully protected by Sections 38 and 40 of the Constitution.<br />
<br />
Such
 rights to freedom of thought and worship must however be exercised in
ways that do not infringe on the rights of others, and should not
subject other people to distress and inconvenience.</td></tr>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br />I was just in school today going on with my normal life, I was at
the school hostel (Akindeko) to charge my phone and take my drugs (the
once I was given earlier at the health centre after going to complain
about my medical condition) until i got a call from my sister via mom's
phone. First she asked me what's wrong with me, I didn't understand,
again she asked why would I deliberately get myself in trouble by
writing rubbish on facebook, I still didn't understand, then she said I
should check my facebook account.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br />I immediately rushed to my phone and logged in via free facebook for
 airtel, and I saw all the whole trending news about a post made with my
 facebook on a closed group about "rape". I'm urging everyone to debunk
such news as I never made such, my account was hacked into. The last
time I logged in was yesterday evening after running out of data. The
perpetrators even chat with some of my friends.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br />I'm a totally gentle and God fearing young man, I'm 20 and i can
tell the whole world I've never been involved in any sexual assault with
 any lady, even in school no girl have ever even come into my room since
 100level and with full confidence I'll say any lady in this world and
beyond should come out and tell everyone with evidence. I've taken
proper steps by reporting immediately to the student affairs and I've
been told to bring a letter of complaints tomorrow. So i urge all my
friends and family to relax, it's all under control. Please no one
should call me to ask anything. This is the whole story. </div>

With the Nigerian government still groping in the dark for ways to
effectively address the poor power situation in the country, a young
Nigerian entrepreneur has come up with some cheap power management
solutions for citizens.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
Moses Oraezue, the Chief Executive Officer of Power Alertz is promoting a
 range of services that includes providing information to electricity
consumers about when light comes and goes and also other services to
improve customer care nationally. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“We are not reinventing the wheel. We are just trying to create
practical solutions to everyday problems”, he said. “You know, we have
had the light problem now from time immemorial and throughout the time
of this problem, one constant thing is that people still struggle to
manage the time they have light. Why is this so? Lack of information.
Power Alertz provides information that users can work with in the
circumstances”.</blockquote>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRXs-9wNPk5QIDJFckDgXfdyscRMG8mk0M9UnZksMUs-rcOjW1OrewBniEiTKQQ_ZCZk_dXmouVKkO4oZ7l8EJpxmnn_0E6Mc0cFL5opW3xY3qURuzAEgc9bvyi6iqwMVSIuPpbfi7Nzci/s1600/z.png" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRXs-9wNPk5QIDJFckDgXfdyscRMG8mk0M9UnZksMUs-rcOjW1OrewBniEiTKQQ_ZCZk_dXmouVKkO4oZ7l8EJpxmnn_0E6Mc0cFL5opW3xY3qURuzAEgc9bvyi6iqwMVSIuPpbfi7Nzci/s400/z.png" width="300" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
Mr. Oraezue explained in practical terms how this works: <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“This is an SMS alert service that gives you warning about when the
light is likely to go and when it will be restored. This will allow you
plan your use of power better within the time you have it available. You
 know, recently, I was reading a lady’s lighthearted update on Facebook.
 I say lighthearted, but, obviously, the issue is serious. She said they
 hadn’t seen PHCN light for over a week in her area, but just as she was
 about stepping out of the house for work one morning, the light came.
In frustration, she wondered what she was supposed to do with the light
at that point when she was on her way out to work”. </blockquote>
Mr. Oraezue believes this little story exemplifies the situation of many
 electricity consumers at the moment. He gave examples of someone
ironing and suddenly the power goes, people working on important
projects on their computers only to have the light go (especially where
you are dealing with systems with no battery power) and situations where
 electricity might be needed to pump water before it’s out and so on. He
 says in these and similar situations, what you need is some form of
notice, so you know how to plan your light usage within the period you
get such a notice and the light becoming unavailable. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“What Power Alertz does is to give you information via SMS about when
the light would be out and when it would be restored. It gives you 5 to 7
 minutes before it is out and 5 to 7 minutes before it is restored. That
 way, you can have some kind of control of the situation”.</blockquote>
Mr. Oraezue says he understands that the ultimate thing Nigerians want
is to have 24 hours electricity and power supply, but that is still many
 years away. While the government and distribution companies have been
working hard to build power capacity up, the reality is that the people
continue to struggle with managing the little power they have in the
meantime. So, he believes this is some sort of power management solution
 that will be useful for everyone. Indeed, with the cost as low as the
price of a bottle of water to sign up for a month, he sees no reason why
 every Nigerian household and business shouldn’t have it.<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
 “For us, it’s not the profit; it’s the satisfaction of providing
Nigerians with some sort of autonomy over how to use the power they
have”, he said.</blockquote>
He also seems to have identified another problem, which he said is poor
customer service. According to him, the fact that the power supply
situation is bad because of poor capacity does not excuse, for instance,
 customers being left in the dark about what the problem is. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“Of course, there are many reasons why power can be out, but the key
thing is to let customers know why they don’t have power. Our plan,
along with the SMS alert service, is to have toll-free numbers that
Nigerians can call free from wherever they are to get factual
information about why they don’t have power in their area and what is
being done to restore it. Such information is always useful for
individuals and communities”. </blockquote>
Mr Oraezue says the toll-free service will be available to all Nigerians
 who call the lines, but subscribers to the SMS service would
automatically have that information through the service.<br />
<br />
Mr. Oraezue, whose company has done several pilot studies on key aspects
 of the power business in Nigeria believes that until consumers are
given power over the management of electricity, we will still be
suffering from vandalism and such violence that is sometimes visited on
PHCN officials who go into neighbourhoods to disconnect lights or
collect payments from consumers. A combination of customer frustration
from poor service and the psychological and physical impact of power
unavailability tips some people over the edge, but with the right
information delivered professionally and respectfully and service
charges made transparent, customers would be more open to cooperate. <br />
<br />
They will also feel the need to treat electricity assets in their areas
as their own and report any attack or vandalism as quickly as they see
it or even prevent it where they can if given incentives to do so. Mr.
Oraezue says he is banking on technology to deliver the solutions needed
 in all these areas. He believes that investing in relevant and modern
customer communication strategies and technologies to meet the needs of
Nigerians is a win-win for the entrepreneur and customer, because of the
 huge market.<br />
Ms. Amanda Hawkins, a Director of Power Alertz recently led a company
team from the UK on a tour of electricity facilities in Nigeria. She
said at first, it was a culture shock experiencing the frequency of the
outages; but upon close examination, she began to marvel at the
ingenuity of the people under the situation. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“It comes down to time management”, she said. “Many small businesses,
even those that can afford alternative power sources, lose time between
when the light is out and when it’s restored basically because they do
not have the relevant information to act on. For instance, I was at a
place where the proprietor told me he cannot leave petrol in his
generator because of the experience of petrol thieves draining it from
his generator when it’s not on, especially at the height of the fuel
scarcity crisis. For him, the SMS alert service will be a useful tool to
 manage that situation safely, because he would now only go and put in
petrol to run the generator only after getting an alert and that would
save him time, because it means he or his staff on night shift wouldn't
have to go with a torch in the dark to do it only after the light is
gone. While he admits it’s not a foolproof method, he believes it would
still help him manage the situation better”.</blockquote>
Ms. Hawkins believes that on the public level, the main problem is
wastefulness. She believes that there are too many strata of unnecessary
 bureaucracies leading to too much being spent on too little. She says
the company has already commenced meetings with some of the DisCos with a
 view to partnering them in delivering much more effective customer care
 solutions. For instance, having a one-stop place for customer care is
ideal for everyone and it reduces the confusion. <br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
“Our hope is that Power Alertz acts as the intermediary between the
DisCos and Nigerian people. We have informed the DisCos that Power
Alertz will do all of this, including total overhaul and rebranding, at
no cost to the DisCos or the government. The gain for us is that we are
helping create the best conditions for our customers to enjoy our
services", she said.</blockquote>
