she belongs to his kitchen, sitting room and "the other room"</div>

 wife, Okorocha said Mrs Buhari did not intend to bring down her 
husband's government, adding that his own wife too sometimes joins his

religion or culture, must come together to see what we can do to salvage

President Muhammadu Buhari to achieve these three key things--economy, 
security and power and fight against corruption so that we can make

and interview of his wife; I was there [in Germany] when Mr. President 
made the comment. I think both the interview and the comment were taken 
out of context. I can understand why the international community speaks 
on this matter because of human rights and all that's going on around 
the whole world. I tend to believe that Nigerians should understand this
 matter, because I don't think those were the intentions as being 
described in social media and those condemning the act. I can put it 
this way that it's a joke taken too far outside the shores of Nigeria. <br /><br />If
 you've been with the president and where he cracks jokes, you'd 
understand that it could be his style of jokes because even when he was 
responding [to Aisha's interview], he was smiling, I don't think the 
meaning given to it is what it is. If not, why would he have his five 
daughters having masters and Phd and his wife educated and putting women
 in key positions in the country,  I don't think it is. Aisha Buhari who
 granted the interview didn't give that interview to bring down her 
husband's government. She was only trying to make peace among perceived 
aggrieved members in the polity.<br /><br /> I have situations where my wife
 joins commissioners and my workers to condemn what I do. That does not 
mean she is fighting me, rather a bridge of peace between me and them. 
I'd have loved to make further comments if I do not see President Buhari
 and his wife having nice time, then, it means there's a quarrel between
 the two; but I'm sure that as we're hitting our heads with each other 
on what they've said, they're there having a nice time"</div>

The Agency received a distress call at about 12.45am today regarding a fire incident at a story building Shopping Complex opposite Presbyterian Church, Yaba. This prompted immediate activation of the Agency's Emergency Response Team to the scene, along with the Lagos State Fire Service and officers from Sabo and Adekunle Police Stations.<br /><a href="" name="more"></a></blockquote>
<span style="font-size: 13px; text-align: start;">Inestigation conducted at the incident scene revealed that the fire started from one of the shop at the back side of the complex where wears, shoes, bags were burnt leaving 94 shops out of 201 in the complex destroyed. Owners were alerted and came on time manage to salvage some of their wares while the presence of the police team prevented lurking miscreants from looting products. No life was lost in the incident.</span><br style="text-align: start;" /><br style="text-align: start;" /><span style="font-size: 13px; text-align: start;"> A total number of 117 shops were saved. The General Manager LASEMA, Mr. Adesina Tiamiyu noted that the fire outbreak was exacerbated by the highly inflammable materials such as wears stored in the shops. Argentina coach Edgardo Bauza has refuted claims he operates a ‘friends of Lionel Messi’ selection policy.<br />
Pressure
 on the Argentina boss increased with a 1-0 defeat at home to Paraguay 
in 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying last Tuesday, leaving the South 
American giants outside of the top four in the CONMEBOL section and 
without a win in three.<br />
Angel Di Maria endured a disappointing 
match in Cordoba while Sergio Aguero failed to convert a penalty, with 
Bauza criticised for not substituting either player.<br />
Bauza’s 
decisions have led to allegations his team selection is based around the
 whims of talisman and captain Messi, who is reportedly responsible for 
Mauro Icardi’s ongoing absence from the squad due to his friendship with
 Maxi Lopez, whose former partner, Wanda Nara, is now married to Icardi.<br />
However,
 Bauza insists this is not the case and he has not selected Icardi 
because he rates Gonzalo Higuain and Lucas Pratto ahead of him.<br />
“When
 Messi sees something in the team he doesn’t like, he says so, but it 
doesn’t hurt the team,” Bauza said in an interview with Fox Sports.<br />
“It is not true what is said that there are players who cannot be selected because they are not liked by the group.<br />
“If I want to select him I will, but today he is below Higuain and Pratto.”<br />
Despite
 Argentina having lost the finals of the 2014 World Cup and last two 
editions of the Copa America, the coach is confident this squad will end
 the wait for silverware.<br />
“I remain confident in my dream. I am convinced that we will be world champions,” Bauza said.<br />
“I feel in the centre of the storm, and it is normal that I am the most responsible.<br />
“We
 lost at home and it is expected that the criticism is strong, but I do 
not like it when they are branded bad players. They were very hurt.<br />
“The players gave a lot to the team and do not feel valued, finishing second is not a failure.”<br />

A 12 year old girl who was forced to marry a 35 year old Chinese man, 
and was 4 months pregnant when he took her to hospital this week was 
trafficked from her home in Vietnam.<br />

Disgusted and shocked doctors called police after the girl appeared in 
hospital with a huge baby bump and stretch marks. Her  'husband'  tried 
to fake her as his 20 year old wife but the doctors upon seeing her knew

The girl who was unable to speak Mandarin (China's language) couldn't 
reveal her real age when questioned by doctors which prompted the 
'husband' to tell the doctors ‘Do your job’ when the questioning by the

Major General Ho Sy Tien, Director of the Criminal Police Department 
with Vietnam’s Ministry of Public Security, said they believed the girl 
was most likely abducted and sold across the Vietnam border sometime 
between 2010 and 2011 meaning she would have been around six or seven 
years old at the time she was trafficked.</div>

                                                    Two members of 
the Shiite movement were reportedly killed on Saturday as the group 
tried to rebuild its school destroyed near Zango road, Tudun Wada in 
Kaduna, witnesses said.<br />

Ten other members were injured in the attack.<br />

This has caused panic as many residents of Tudun Wada, Ungwan Muazu, 
Kinkinau remained indoors. Those caught up along Nnamdi Azikwe way and 
other streets scampered for safety.<br />

Bala Zango, a shop owner along Zango Road, said the issue was getting
 out of hand as hundreds of youth were advancing towards Ungwan Muazu to
 hunt for Shiite members.<br />

Ungwan Muazu is among the areas in Kaduna, where many Shiites reside.<br />

“We heard that, two persons suspected to be members of the Shiite 
were dead,” he said. “It’s very scary because at the end of the day, 
it’s the innocent people that will fall victim.”<br />

Some witnesses said Awwal Maikyau, the Special Adviser on Youth to 
Governor Nasir El-Rufai, was attacked as he attempted to mediate.<br />

“Awwal Yaro Maikyau, the Governors SA on youths whose house is close 
to the scene of the incident, was also attacked while trying to mediate 
between them and the irate youths,” a family member confirmed.<br />

The Shiites said they were attacked as they tried to rebuild the sect’s school that was attacked on Tuesday.<br />

“Some thugs came to attack us with weapons, insisting that we must be
 evicted completely from the place,” one member told PREMIUM TIMES.<br />

“Police arrived the scene and went with some of our members and some community members for settlement.<br />

“As they left, 10 of our Shiite members were machete. It was rumoured
 that one person died, but we are still making inquiries to confirm.<br />

“This is the danger behind playing politics with religion,” the member said.<br />

The police spokesperson, Aliyu Usman, told PREMIUM TIMES police monitoring the situation.<br />

“Please be patient, we are monitoring the situation, we shall get back to you later,” he said.<br />

Meanwhile, the Shia Islamic movement of Nigeria on Friday criticised 
Gov. El Rufai for condemning attacks on its members, saying the governor
 was behind the attacks and his stance was an afterthought.<br />

In a statement signed by IMN’s president, Ibrahim Musa, the members 
said the Kaduna State government was culpable of inciting the attacks 
against them.<br />

“Clearly, this is nothing but an afterthought. What happened in the 
wake of our peaceful Ashura mourning procession was a carefully planned 
plot, meticulously executed with all machinery of government. The 
government had all along tried to give their brutal clampdown on Islamic
 Movement in Nigeria (IMN) members a semblance of an altercation between
 IMN and the masses. <br />

“Kaduna state governor, Nasiru ElRufai alluded to this right from the
 outset of the attacks in December, 2015 in his infamous state-wide 
broadcast. His utterances and body language since then left no one in 
doubt his disdain for IMN members. Using all the tools of governance at 
his disposal, in private and openly, often in total disregard to reason,
 sanity or law, he exhibited extreme hate for IMN,” they said.<br />

The IMN said the decision of the Kaduna State government to outlaw its group was responsible for the attacks against them.<br />

“As a fore-runner to the latest brutality, he issued an executive 
order banning us from exercising our rights to practice our religion 
with a threat to jail anyone who does up to seven years in his jail. For
 daring to mention that his order is in clear violation of all known 
sane laws of the land and beyond, he ordered the arrest and prosecution 
of Ibrahim Musa, the President of the Media Forum. How then can El-Rufai
 now shed crocodile tears having incited violence on a people through 
his hate posture and actions against such people? They read the body 
language of the government in their favour and acted based on that, and 
with full support of all the instruments of governance over which he 
presides.<br />

“We have it on record how certain individuals and hate preachers took
 to the media and the podium respectively calling on the masses to join 
the government of El-Rufai in what they termed an “all-out war on Shia.”
 The government and El-Rufai has neither refuted that nor call the 
perpetrators to order or better still arrest and punish the culprits, 
since they are well known and the actions were done in broad daylight. 
Simply put, El-Rufai is very much culpable,” the group said.<br />

It further said it will not retaliate the attacks but that it would seek redress in the courts of law.<br />
