A lecturer from the Department of English at the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai, Niger State, Hajji Yusuf, was caught and stripped naked after the female student he wanted to sleep with set him up.<br />
According to the report that was shared online, the lecturer had threatened to fail the student if she refuse to get down with him, so he came around to have sex with her as agreed, not knowing she had planned with her boyfriend to disgrace him.<br />
He was busted after he pulled his cloths off.<br />

The students gave the ultimatum at a peaceful demonstration at some South African companies in Abuja on Thursday. During the march the students carried a banner, which read: ‘’NANS against Xenophobic Attacks on Nigerians.’’ While the students marched, the security men stood and watched to ensure law and order.<br />
The President of NANS, Mr Kadiri Aruna, said in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at DSTV office, a South African company, in Wuse 2, Abuja, that Nigerian students had resolved to condemn the attacks. “We are saying that enough is enough as South Africans have openly attacked and bullied Nigerians.’’ Aruna said that the protest would also serve as a warning to other countries trying to underrate Nigerians.<br />
He said that after 48 hours, if nothing was done, messages would be sent to students in all university campuses to bring down MTN masts all over the country. Aruna said that DSTV and Shoprite would also be affected as the union had put adequate strategies in place to make the action effective. “All the South African business empires in Nigeria and their collaborators in Nigeria will be affected.<br />
“I don’t want to say we will be barbaric but we will not be lawful in our actions, we will do it and face the consequences, enough of this rubbish,’’ he said. Aruna stressed that the poor treatment being meted out to Nigerians was particularly insulting given the role Nigeria played in ending the apartheid regime in South Africa.<br />

“Nigeria contributed 80 per cent of the freedom the South Africans are enjoying today because we saved them from the jaws of apartheid. “Who is South Africa to humiliate Nigeria? So they forget things so soon, let them go back to history and records to see how much financial assistance and what the country did to save them,’’ he said. The union president said that the situation was inhuman and for this reason all reasonable Nigerians must react. “In science they say you use malaria to cure malaria, now you use madness to cure their madness, and that is why we are advising them to leave Nigerian soil before 48 hours.’’<br />
He said that the Federal Government should not wait till the dying minute before evacuating Nigerians from South Africa. Aruna said it was time for government not to only condemn the attacks but take a firm stand by summoning South Africa’s high commissioner and if possible cut diplomatic ties with that country. “Government should take extra-diplomatic measures in dealing with the latest deadly assaults because if nothing drastic is done it will become a regular occurrence. “This is the time to place South Africa where it belongs,’’ he said.<br />
He said that the last time the xenophobic attack happened nothing was done, no action was taken and no arrest was made and that was why South Africans repeated the attacks. Aruna said it was so unfortunate that during the attacks the South African Government refused to take up its responsibility of securing Nigerians and their properties.<br />
“The government of South Africa is criminally quiet and they say silence is consent, and their police are folding their hands while they are killing Nigerians, this is conspiracy, enough is enough,’’ he said. He said the peaceful rally would continue and spread across the country. Over 50 police and, DSS operatives surrounded the DSTV premises and along the street making it impossible for newsmen to contact any DSTV officials for comments.</div>

Even if you have Adsense account and your blog is relatively new, there is a high possibility that your ads account would be frustrating, due to the fact that your traffic is low, you don’t have loyal readers yet etc. but after reading this post, I believe your eyes would be open to why you are not earning yet.<br />

Without further ado, lets get into why you are where you are as a blogger.<br />

<b>1. You are in the wrong Niche</b><br />
<br />
If you are not in a niche where you are having fun, there is a high possibility you would fail (sorry to say).<br />
<br />
If you came into blogging because of one famous entertainment blogger, consequently you named your blog “<i>naijathis</i> and <i>naijathat</i>”, with time, you’ll realize you are not enjoying yourself if you've got no passion for entertainment blogging.<br />
<br />
Blogging is lucrative when you enjoy doing it, this way, you’ll be creative to generate ideas that would yield profit.<br />
<br />
All you need to do, is to find something you love doing. No niche is bad. Some might look more profitable than others but if you are enjoying it,you’ll get people to like you and in no time, you’ll have made yourself an authority and a trail blazer.<br />
<br />
Your niche should be one you can easily perform even when you are half asleep. When you find that area, never let it go.<br />
<br />
<b>2. You lack resources</b><br />
<br />
I hear some people say they don’t have a laptop to blog with, they don’t have a modem with which to connect, they lack finance to subscribe etc…<br />
<br />
With these excuses, how do you want to outshine one who is always online?<br />
<br />
I wanted to give a guy a job to work for my client, since I won’t be available. To my surprise, he asked me to tell my client to pay him upfront so as to enable him buy data.  I found that ridiculous but I still cared and wanted to help. So, I obliged but my client refused and we ultimately gave it to somebody else.<br />
<br />
How do you handle running out of data and abandon your blog for another 3 weeks because you do not have data. If you need a laptop, smart phone or any tool to help you blog right, do get it.<br />
<br />
HOW?<br />
<br />
Get a job.<br />
<br />
It's more effective blogging if you have a job that funds your blog before you start making the profits’.<br />
<br />
<b>3. Zero, Poor or Wrong Publicity Method </b><br />
<br />
If you blog and don’t publicize, then I wonder who would read your posts.<br />
<br />
Entertainment bloggers tend to spam Facebook groups, but that’s not easy or adviceable for niche bloggers because the traffic won’t be targeted.<br />
<br />
So publicity is very pertinent, but the method of publicity is very crucial too because you need to take your contents to a market were it’s needed. Imagine publicizing an agric blog to a mobile phone and tech community. You’d lose cash, waste precious time and be frustrated ultimately.<br />
<br />
SOLUTION: Identify the particular market where your content is needed; don’t just start an ad because your friends are doing it, understand the need of your readers and meet it.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>4. You’re following the crowd</b><br />
<br />
If you came into blogging because of someone who made a lot of money, you are likely to do this because you will follow his rules and his rules alone.<br />
<br />
However, the very first rule of blogging is that “Blogging has no rule”. Stop following peoples template and find what works for you. Your style should be your style.<br />
<br />
I’m not saying you shouldn’t adopt people’s style, but you should make sure they are working for you, once they don’t, forget them, there is no rule to blogging.<br />
<br />
Develop your style and don’t religiously follow their style because again there is no law.<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>5. You are not rendering services</b><br />
<br />
I have said this time and again; I’ve made more money rendering blog services than I have from ads.<br />
<br />
I get paid from what firms would call consultation (I don’t call it that yet) people contact me and ask me to tell them how I do things, I get paid designing blogs, adding some codes to templates, domain registering and setting up, and many other services and these requests come in so frequently that they give me tough time updating my own blog.<br />
<br />
If you are not rendering services then you are losing a lot. Create a page on your blog telling your readers services you render and, post on twitter and on your Facebook wall services you can render and you will start getting requests in no time.<br />
<br />
It can be anything, you can offer to update blogs for people ( 15 posts at $50 for 5 blogs would give you $250) and that is cool money for a start, and the interesting part is that you can use the same content(if it is an entertainment blog) for your own blog with only little  or no changes.<br />
<br />
You can do a lot of things, just be creative and see the cash start trickling in. To Your Success.<br />

There are principles governing every business or endeavor. For instance, an engineer understands that he is made for the engine which means that more often than not, he would suffer dirty stains from engine oil, as a principle he knows he should never complain of this, not while with his apprentices nor before his clients.<br /><br />Doing so simply means that he is discontented with his job and this would first of all reduce the level of respect his apprentices have for him and secondly make his clients doubt his competence. This is just an instance to illustrate how principles exist in every field.<br /><br />Similarly, business has got principles too. Business owners have guidelines to adhere to if they desire sustainability and growth for their businesses. Permit me to discuss 5 things you should never do as a business owner in Nigeria.<br /><br /><b>1... NEVER COMPLAIN OF CUSTOMERS' ATTITUDE BEFORE THEM</b><br />In Nigeria, this is a sensitive case and many business owners are guilty of this. Complaining of a customer's attitude before their very face. Remarks such as "I'm tired of doing business with you", or "this is what you always do" and the likes. Are very unsuitable comments, they speak volumes and funny enough we actually hear them more often than not.  Do not keep account of injuries or bear grudges on your customers, do not even suggest you do. The first remark logically suggests that you are tired and very much fed up doing business with the customer in question, what it means is the he or she should go and never return. The second complaint suggests that you've been keeping mental records of what bad the clients have been doing to you, forgetting that he or she has expressed loyalty by continuing to patronize you. Stay neutral and even if you have to complain or make remarks, make it applicable to the momemt and current situation and not as a pile up of what has been happening before.<br /><br />2... NEVER MAKE CREDITS AN OPTION<br />Selling credits may not come directly as an option for everyone to see but it could be suggested directly or indirectly. Sometimes I hear dealers telling Nigerian clients, "oya take it and bring the money next week, I need money oooo". This is bad because you're suggesting to your client that you're ready and available to sell to them on credits whenever they need it and then when they come trooping in with numerous credit requests, you start thinking of them as witches and wizards. Be firm with your "No Credits" decision, allow them to request credits themselves and only give in when it is obvious as the only way you can help out, perhaps if it comes up as a contingency.<br /><br /><b>3... NEVER YOU HAND OVER COMPLETE CONTROL OF YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE</b><br />In Nigeria, it is possible to have some other engagements and perhaps because of your busy nature, you get an aid who should supervise your business for you while you're away on other endeavours, that's alright but then it would be very devastating to leave entirely all your business decisions, details and aspects to someone entirely except he or she is a sworn committed family member or close relative. Ensure to fix in yourself at the helm of affairs, somewhere where you can be able to have regular updates and views on how your business is going and is being run. Perhaps you could go through accounts and records at the close of the day, at the end of the week or at the end of every month. The suspect reportedly claimed that the deceased accused him of snatching the woman from him and has been warning him to leave her. Speaking on the incident, which happened Sunday afternoon at Ajebo village in Ijebu-Igbo area of Ogun State, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi, said:<br />

The Federal Government has called on Pretoria to stop the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians and bring the perpetrators to justice.<br /><br />This was as the government summoned the South African High Commissioner to Nigeria, Ambassador Lulu Mnguni, for explanation over the latest attacks on Nigerians in Pretoria and other communities.<br /><br />The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement last night observed that incidents of xenophobic attacks had continued unabated in South Africa since 2015.<br /><br />It noted that Nigerians were among the groups that had been mainly targeted for attack and their property looted by South Africans.<br /><center>
