 giant Samsung Electronics said on Sunday it was delaying the start of 
new Galaxy Note 7 smartphone sales in South Korea by three days to Oct. 
1, a move it says is needed for speedy completion of the ongoing recall 
in the country.<br />
Samsung announced on Sept. 2 a recall of at least 
2.5 million Galaxy Note7 smartphones in 10 markets, including South 
Korea, due to a faulty battery causing the phones to catch fire, 
offering refunds or replacement devices using safe batteries.<br />
The 
firm hopes to complete the recall quickly and restart sales in the 
fourth quarter to salvage earnings, but the latest hitch in South Korea 
underscore continuing challenges in those efforts.<br />
Though product 
exchanges in South Korea began on Monday, only about 200,000 affected 
customers have turned in their devices – which Samsung says represents 
half of affected customers and a recall pace that is much slower than 
other markets such as Singapore and the United States.

PSG full-back Serge Aurier has been given a two-month prison sentence for allegedly attacking a police officer.</h1>
The 23-year-old is accused of assaulting the officer after he was pulled over in May, and asked to take a breath test.<br />
Aurier,
 who was alleged to have elbowed the officer in the chest, has claimed 
in an interview that he was “brutalised” by the police, and subsequent 
reports have claimed that he will appeal the court’s decision.<br />

He did though, struck me several times in the face.<br />
“I have nothing to hide in the case, there are at least five or six witnesses that say exactly the same thing I have.”<br />
Aurier’s
 case is understood to be “convertible”, meaning that it is likely to be
 served through community service, and the player is expected to be 
available for PSG’s Champions League clash with Ludogorets this week.<br />
Aurier
 has also been ordered to pay an additional €300 compensation for 
physical injuries, €300 for moral damages and €1500 for legal costs.

The EFCC on Thursday, September 15, 2016, arrested one of its 
operatives, Uzodinma Kingsley Agbazue for offences bordering on criminal
 conspiracy and extortion.<br />
<br />
Agbazue, a Deputy Detective Superintendent, DDS, was arrested following a
 complaint by a lawmaker currently under investigation by the 
Commission, alleging that the operative collected N15million from him 
with a promise to give him soft landing by compromising the 
investigation.<br />
<br />
<a href="https://draft.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a>According to the complainant, Agbazue allegedly 
approached him, claiming he had been mandated by the officer handling 
the case to discuss and reach an agreement on how to “kill the case”.
Following the approach, a sum of N15million was given to Agbazue whose 
game plan collapsed after the Investigating officer, who was ignorant of
 his scheme, refused to do his bidding.
With the investigation gathering increased momentum after parting with 
the hefty sum, the complainant became uncomfortable and demanded a 
refund.<br />
<br />
The complainant stated that, when he requested for the refund of his 
money, Agbazue only returned N5million claiming that the balance of 
N10million had been given to someone “to kill the case from the top”.<br />
<br />
The complainant also alleged that the operative collected N1million at a
 different time as assistance for settlement of his wife’s medical bill.
Agbazue’s action is in contravention of the Commission’s mandate and 
ideals as the EFCC will not solicit or accept gratification from a 
suspect to compromise a case under investigation.
The suspect will be subjected to administrative action as precursor to 
possible prosecution at the end of the investigation.<br />

it. I'd hazard few people can create that kind of bond emotionally in a

Why is emotional intimacy so crucial? Without it, physical intimacy is

Getting back to your question at hand: how old should you be? 16? 19? 
23? Older? I'm not sure anyone will give you a straight answer because 
your physical age doesn't determine whether or not you've got all of the
 stuff we talked about up there going on. I know 30-somethings who 
aren't ready to enter into a serious relationship because they haven't 
learned about healthy boundaries or how to trust someone yet, or because
 they've based their relationship on physical intimacy before creating 
any sort emotional intimacy. What I will say is this: if your 
relationship meets all of the criteria above, share this article with 
your parent(s), and explain to them why you feel you're old enough. If 
they still feel you're not ready yet or need to wait a couple of years, 
please respect that, knowing that anyone you love should, and will, 
respect your parents' wishes as well.</div>

According to Reuters, the Federal government has filed a lawsuit against
 Italian energy firm ENI, U.S. major oil company, Chevron and other 
international oil firms over some crude exports, a government official 
said on Tuesday.<br />

 “The claim dates back to last March and refers to a request to our subsidiary in Nigeria for a payment of about $160 million. <br />

 in court. Similar requests have been put forward to several other 
international oil companies operating in Nigeria.”ENI said by email.

Chevron said by email: “This matter is the subject of ongoing litigation
 before the court in Nigeria. We will not comment further on the matter 
since it is already before the courts.” </blockquote>
A Nigerian government official, asking not to be named, confirmed the 
lawsuit but said he had no details. State oil firm NNPC could not be 
reached for comment despite repeated attempts to call its spokesman.

Nigerian newspaper Vanguard’s website said Nigeria had sued ENI’s unit 
Agip and France’s Total for $635 million for allegedly undeclared crude 
cargoes between 2011 and 2014.<br />

It cited court documents.

The lawsuit might further sour the mood of oil majors which have been 
hit by militant attacks in the Niger Delta oil hub, reducing crude 
output by a third.
