 Emma underwent the surgery which involved placing a camera down her 
throat and the surgeon pressing on her stomach before manually 
extracting it.Emma said: </div>

“I wasn’t going to tell them but then I was going into surgery I knew we
 were going to have to say something so I told my mum the real reason. I
 just took some painkillers and was told not to use stuff like that 
again until I was ready.  I’ve learnt that I’ll need to be a bit more 
careful in the future. </blockquote>

“Lee’s not been scarred by it – he just thinks it’s funny. I think he 
should have one up his bum and take one for the team.”We weren’t going 
to do anything about it because of the embarrassment – there’s a big 
taboo about it – but we knew we needed help. </blockquote>

“I want to say a massive thank you to the ambulance crew and Wrexham 
Hospital staff who were really good, really reassuring and 
non-judgemental. There is a big taboo about this, but it really isn’t a

Four
 of us decided to sit outside my house and started gisting about 
different things, from politics to girls and football but football takes
 the other of the day…Our discussion was not without some chilled spirit
 and sprite mixture couple with some fried meat which my girlfriend 
prepared for me for the weekend.<br />

Suddenly, the someone opened our main gate, for my mind “oooohhhh, 
this people have come again”…..Sesan quickly said “Guy, abeg I dey go 
shower abeg”…………All the other guys started grumbling too…..i had no 
option than to wait as they started approaching us and I couldn’t stand 
up again as it will be so embarrassing to them………..”Awon oloshe wo 
leleyi gan”…………It was two guys and a lady that walked into my 
compound….the two guys carried hand bag which comes from their shoulder 
down the side of their thigh…..One of them was on suit fully kitted 
while the other put on just pant trouser, shirt and tie to match it up. 
The lady put on a blue shirt and black skirt with a black big bag..no 
make up or anything…………….<br />
Ordinarily, this was not the first time am seeing them coming to preach 
for me but I was not just in the mood that day at all………they approached 
us and it was all joke here and there…they preach a bit and we sometimes
 change it to politics with them and talk about life generally…..Jokes 
do come in at interval and the lady seems to be a bit friendly likewise 
the guys too……what we thought will be a boring moment was actually all 
fun except from the fact that we were drinking and offered them part of 
it which they declined. They even preached to us to stop drinking as it 
was not a good idea and is a sin to God…”Oga, leave that even Jesus 
turned water to wine”………………<br />

Before we knew it, it was almost like an hour we have been 
discussing, they gave us one of their pamphlet to read through and 
digest as they make their way out of the compound..It was during this 
moment one of the guy said<br />

 know me in the area, my schedule was always from work to house everyday
 and indoor most times of the weekend..If not for football I doubt if 
anybody will know me in the area.<br />

I dressed to my finest and walk through my street to like three other
 street, who was coming out of a shop?the lady that came in the morning 
to preach for me but she was putting on another cloth this time around 
but still almost the same way she dressed in the morning….she was 
walking towards my side and my mind quickly flashed on what my guy said 
in the morning…..this babe was naturally endowed…….fully packed. I

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a suspected robber, Ebere
 Nwankwo, for allegedly attacking and raping a male victim in the Lekki 
area of the state.<br />
<i>PUNCH Metro</i> learnt that 20-year-old Nwankwo, after 
dispossessing his victim, identified only as Martins, of the sum of 
N22,000, allegedly had anal sexual intercourse with the victim.<br />
This is just as two other robbery suspects – Jelili Babatunde and 
Ramon Haruna – were arrested by the police in the Isokoko, Agege area, 
while dispossessing pedestrians of their valuables.<br />
Our correspondent gathered that in the Lekki incident, which occurred
 last Thursday, Nwankwo, who was armed with a gun, sneaked into Martins’
 apartment on Goshen Estate in the Lekki area at about 4pm.<br />
He was said to have ransacked the victim’s room and found N22,000.<br />
It was learnt that Nwankwo thereafter allegedly ordered 16-year-old 
Martins to get on the bed, while he had sexual intercourse with him.<br />
The suspect was afterward arrested by operatives from the Maroko Police Division, who were on a patrol in the area.<br />
A source said the victim’s screams during the intercourse alerted the policemen.<br />
He said, “The robber had threatened to force his victim to an 
Automated Teller Machine, where he would get more money from him. In the
 meantime, the suspect asked his victim to lie on the bed and he started
 having sexual intercourse with him.<br />
“Some policemen, who were patrolling the estate, heard screams from 
an apartment and they drew close. When they forced the door open, the 
suspect and the victim were found having anal sex.”<br />
Our correspondent gathered that Nwankwo told the police in his 
statement that he had sex with his victim to get some magical powers.<br />
The Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Dolapo Badmos, 
said the robbery suspect would be charged to court with sodomy and 
stealing.<br />
She said, “The suspect has confessed to the crime. He said the sexual
 intercourse was to make his victim forget about the stealing. We will 
charge him to court with sodomy and stealing.”<br />
In the Agege incident, Haruna told our correspondent that his friend,
 Babatunde, lured him into the operation, adding that they had realised 
N11,000 and some phones, before they were arrested by the Isokoko 
division.<br />
He said, “I am a mechanic. My parents are responsible people. It was 
bad friendship that made me to go into robbery. My friend had lured me 
to urceg<br />
soo out with him to attack those pedestrians. I rode the motorcycle 
that we used for the operation. Jelili (Babatunde) had a toy gun that we
 used in dispossessing people of their property.”<br />
The police spokesperson, Badmos said the suspects would soon be charged to court.<br />

 internet giant Google on Tuesday challenged heavyweight rivals 
including Apple and Amazon with an array of new gadgets aimed at digital
 lifestyles.<br />
Coming products to watch for:<br />
<strong>– Smartphone ‘Made by Google’ –</strong><br />
Pixel
 is the first smartphone designed by Google, with the Silicon Valley 
powerhouse dictating the hardware, software and services the way Apple 
does with its iPhones.<br />
The Google-branded smartphone takes aim at flagship models by Apple, Samsung and others in the fiercely competitive market.<br />
Pixel,
 which comes in five and 5.5-inch (12.7 and 14-centimeter) screen sizes,
 boasts a fingerprint reader, a camera billed as the best in any 
smartphone, unlimited online storage for photos and videos, and quick 
charging combined with long battery life.<br />
Pixel is powered by the 
latest version of the Android mobile operating system, Nougat, and 
Google promised to keep the software automatically updated.<br />
Pixel 
also features Virtual Assistant artificial intelligence to enable users 
to manage tasks and get information in natural conversation format.<br />
Pixel’s starting price of $649 in the United States is the same as that of Apple’s newest iPhone.<br />
Preorders
 for Pixel began Tuesday in Australia, Britain, Canada, Germany and the 
United States. Pixel will be available for order in India on October 13.<br />
<strong>– Cyber concierge –</strong><br />
Google
 Home is a flower vase-sized speaker infused with machine smarts and 
voice controls to act as a cyber concierge for getting information and 
managing tasks about the house or flat.<br />
Home listens for commands 
or queries even while playing music, and can control other smart devices
 in range. Google Home will be available in shops in November, but could
 be pre-ordered beginning Tuesday.<br />
The device’s price in the 
United States is $129. That’s $50 less than Amazon Echo, a rival that 
has been popular with consumers here since it was launched by the online
 retail titan.<br />
<strong>– Spreading machine smarts –</strong><br />
Google Assistant is an improved version of virtual helper software the internet company previously called Google Now.<br />
It
 competes with Apple’s Siri, Amazon’s Alexa, and Microsoft’s Cortana, 
tapping into the vast trove of knowledge amassed by the world’s leading 
online search engine.<br />
Google outlined plans to infuse a growing 
array of devices and services with Assistant smarts, letting people get 
answers or manage matters in conversational styles, as though speaking 
with a human aide.<br />
Google
 laid out a vision of becoming a leading player in artificial 
intelligence, with Assistant being infused into many devices and 
services allowing opportunities to have them work together.<br />
Google
 already built Assistant smarts into a new Allo smartphone messaging app
 released last month, and put the software at the heart of Pixel and 
Google Home.<br />
<strong>– Cardboard grows up –</strong><br />
Daydream View virtual reality headgear came as an answer to Facebook-owned Oculus, and a direct challenge to Samsung Gear VR.<br />
Smartphones
 compatible with Google’s Daydream software platform can be slipped into
 play in View headgear to act as screens for virtual reality 
experiences.<br />
View is made of cloth, a step up from the actual cardboard from which its predecessor at Google was playfully constructed.<br />
Purportedly
 inspired by casual clothing, View material makes it lighter and 
potentially more comfortable than devices already on the market.<br />
View
 comes with a controller and was billed as making virtual reality 
“accessible” at a price of $79 in the United States, where it will 
arrive in November. View will also be available in Australia, Britain, 
Canada and Germany.<br />
In comparison, Samsung Gear VR headgear is 
priced at $100. Oculus Rift virtual reality head gear has a $599 price 
tag and must be connected to high-performance computers.<br />
<strong>– Streaming 4K video –</strong><br />
Chromecast
 Ultra is an improved version of medallion-sized Chromecast devices that
 plug into TV monitors for viewing online streaming videos.<br />
Google said it has sold more than 30 million Chromecast devices since they debuted three years ago.<br />
The
 new generation Chromecast promised more reliable viewing and image 
quality ramped all the way up to ultra-high definition 4K video.<br />
Chromecast Ultra was priced at $69 and will be available in November in the United States and 15 other countries.<br />
<strong>– Wifi all over –</strong><br />
Google
 Wifi promises to make sure people can connect to the internet from 
anywhere in a home. Disk-sized Wifi modules can be placed in various 
spots in homes, acting as an internet-linked mesh of sorts so getting 
online is uniformly easy.<br />
Wifi software lets people easily manage 
congestion on home networks, or even selectively cut off children’s 
gadgets from the internet when they should be at a meal or in bed.<br />
Google
 will begin taking pre-orders for Wifi in November, advertising the 
price as $129 for a single unit or $299 for a pack of three modules.<br />

Yahoo
 Inc last year secretly built a custom software program to search all of
 its customers’ incoming emails for specific information provided by 
U.S. intelligence officials, according to people familiar with the 
matter.<br />

demand, scanning hundreds of millions of Yahoo Mail accounts at the 
behest of the National Security Agency or FBI, said three former 
employees and a fourth person apprised of the events.<br />
Some 
surveillance experts said this represents the first case to surface of a
 U.S. Internet company agreeing to an intelligence agency’s request by 
searching all arriving messages, as opposed to examining stored messages
 or scanning a small number of accounts in real time.<br />
It is not 
known what information intelligence officials were looking for, only 
that they wanted Yahoo to search for a set of characters. That could 
mean a phrase in an email or an attachment, said the sources, who did 
not want to be identified.<br />
Reuters was unable to determine what 
data Yahoo may have handed over, if any, and if intelligence officials 
had approached other email providers besides Yahoo with this kind of 
request.<br />
According to two of the former employees, Yahoo Chief 
Executive Marissa Mayer’s decision to obey the directive roiled some 
senior executives and led to the June 2015 departure of Chief 
Information Security Officer Alex Stamos, who now holds the top security
 job at Facebook Inc.<br />
“Yahoo is a law abiding company, and 
complies with the laws of the United States,” the company said in a 
brief statement in response to Reuters questions about the demand. Yahoo
 declined any further comment.<br />
Through a Facebook spokesman, Stamos declined a request for an interview.<br />
The NSA referred questions to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which declined to comment.<br />
The
 request to search Yahoo Mail accounts came in the form of a classified 
edict sent to the company’s legal team, according to the three people 
familiar with the matter.<br />
U.S. phone and Internet companies are 
known to have handed over bulk customer data to intelligence agencies. 
But some former government officials and private surveillance experts 
said they had not previously seen either such a broad demand for 
real-time Web collection or one that required the creation of a new 
computer program.<br />
“I’ve never seen that, a wiretap in real time on
 a ‘selector,’” said Albert Gidari, a lawyer who represented phone and 
Internet companies on surveillance issues for 20 years before moving to 
Stanford University this year. A selector refers to a type of search 
term used to zero in on specific information.<br />
“It would be really difficult for a provider to do that,” he added.<br />
Experts
 said it was likely that the NSA or FBI had approached other Internet 
companies with the same demand, since they evidently did not know what 
email accounts were being used by the target. The NSA usually makes 
requests for domestic surveillance through the FBI, so it is hard to 
know which agency is seeking the information.<br />
Alphabet Inc’s 
Google and Microsoft Corp, two major U.S. email service providers, 
separately said on Tuesday that they had not conducted such email 
searches.<br />
“We’ve never received such a request, but if we did, our
 response would be simple: ‘No way’,” a spokesman for Google said in a 
statement.<br />
A Microsoft spokesperson said in a statement, “We have 
never engaged in the secret scanning of email traffic like what has been
 reported today about Yahoo.” The company declined to comment on whether
 it had received such a request.<br />
<strong>Challenging the NSA</strong><br />
Under
 laws including the 2008 amendments to the Foreign Intelligence 
Surveillance Act, intelligence agencies can ask U.S. phone and Internet 
companies to provide customer data to aid foreign intelligence-gathering
 efforts for a variety of reasons, including prevention of terrorist 
attacks.<br />
Disclosures
 by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden and others have exposed the 
extent of electronic surveillance and led U.S. authorities to modestly 
scale back some of the programs, in part to protect privacy rights.<br />
Companies
 including Yahoo have challenged some classified surveillance before the
 Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a secret tribunal.<br />
Some 
FISA experts said Yahoo could have tried to fight last year’s demand on 
at least two grounds: the breadth of the directive and the necessity of 
writing a special program to search all customers’ emails in transit.<br />
Apple
 Inc made a similar argument earlier this year when it refused to create
 a special program to break into an encrypted iPhone used in the 2015 
San Bernardino massacre. The FBI dropped the case after it unlocked the 
phone with the help of a third party, so no precedent was set.<br />
“It
 is deeply disappointing that Yahoo declined to challenge this sweeping 
surveillance order, because customers are counting on technology 
companies to stand up to novel spying demands in court,” Patrick Toomey,
 an attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union, said in a 
statement.<br />
Some FISA experts defended Yahoo’s decision to comply, 
saying nothing prohibited the surveillance court from ordering a search 
for a specific term instead of a specific account. So-called “upstream” 
bulk collection from phone carriers based on content was found to be 
legal, they said, and the same logic could apply to Web companies’ mail.<br />
As tech companies become better at encrypting data, they are likely to face more such requests from spy agencies.<br />
Former
 NSA General Counsel Stewart Baker said email providers “have the power 
to encrypt it all, and with that comes added responsibility to do some 
of the work that had been done by the intelligence agencies.”<br />
<strong>Secret siphoning program</strong><br />
Mayer
 and other executives ultimately decided to comply with the directive 
last year rather than fight it, in part because they thought they would 
lose, said the people familiar with the matter.<br />
Yahoo in 2007 had 
fought a FISA demand that it conduct searches on specific email accounts
 without a court-approved warrant. Details of the case remain sealed, 
but a partially redacted published opinion showed Yahoo’s challenge was 
unsuccessful.<br />
Some Yahoo employees were upset about the decision 
not to contest the more recent edict and thought the company could have 
prevailed, the sources said.<br />
They were also upset that Mayer and 
Yahoo General Counsel Ron Bell did not involve the company’s security 
team in the process, instead asking Yahoo’s email engineers to write a 
program to siphon off messages containing the character string the spies
 sought and store them for remote retrieval, according to the sources.<br />
The
 sources said the program was discovered by Yahoo’s security team in May
 2015, within weeks of its installation. The security team initially 
thought hackers had broken in.<br />
When Stamos found out that Mayer 
had authorized the program, he resigned as chief information security 
officer and told his subordinates that he had been left out of a 
decision that hurt users’ security, the sources said. Due to a 
programming flaw, he told them hackers could have accessed the stored 
emails.<br />
Stamos’s announcement in June 2015 that he had joined Facebook did not mention any problems with Yahoo.<br />
In
 a separate incident, Yahoo last month said “state-sponsored” hackers 
had gained access to 500 million customer accounts in 2014. The 
revelations have brought new scrutiny to Yahoo’s security practices as 
the company tries to complete a deal to sell its core business to 
Verizon Communications Inc for $4.8 billion.<br />
