Speaking on Tonto, he said; you lie say your husband give you wetin him no give you, who beg u make u lie?. On Toke, ‘Toke commot for her husband house she no let social media rest’. The diss went on and he concluded telling both ladies to keep their family matters to themselves. Think Funny bone is right?

One: Basically, you may need to look into your eating and lifestyle habit. Penis does not have to change in colour, size, look and texture if your general health is in perfect state. Things go wrong with the penis especially when you eat or do things that can damage your penis ignorantly. Do you know that intake of synthetic sugar can damage your penis? Too much intake of sugar isn’t just bad for your body alone; it shrinks the penis faster than any other chemical you can ever know of. The body uses one type of sugar called fructose, to make fat. Too much refined sugar and high-fructose corn syrup causes a fatty buildup on the tiny capillaries, arteries of the penis that can lead to penis disease. Some studies show that sugar can be as damaging to the penis as alcohol does, even if you’re not overweight. It’s one more reason to limit foods with added sugars, such as soda, pastries, and the likes. Continue below...

<ins class="adsbygoogle" data-ad-client="ca-pub-8208970216894153" data-ad-slot="5814276426" data-adsbygoogle-status="done" style="display: inline-block; height: 100px; width: 320px;"><ins id="aswift_2_expand" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: inline-table; height: 100px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 320px;"><ins id="aswift_2_anchor" style="background-color: transparent; border: none; display: block; height: 100px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; position: relative; visibility: visible; width: 320px;"></ins></ins></ins>

Two: Too much consumption of some herbal supplements for general health. Even if the label says “natural,” it may not be okay for you. For instance, if the content is not in adequate dosage and the potency is extremely high for your body, it may also not be too good for your penis.

Three: Extra pounds, especially around your waist, and in your tummy filling down to the base of your penis. The extra fat can build up in or around the base of your penis and also inside the fine arteries of your penis or the capillaries. It leads to fatty blockage preventing free flow of blood in and around your penis. Over time, it can harden and scar the tissue of the penis. You are more likely to get your penis shirk, look smaller if you are overweight or obese, middle-aged, or have diabetes, or have high cholesterol or high blood pressure. You may not be able to turn things around. Diet and exercise can stop the disease.

Four: Too much vitamin A from supplements. Your body needs vitamin A, and it’s fine to get it from plants such as fresh fruits and vegetables, especially those that are red, orange, and yellow. But if you take supplements that have high doses of vitamin A, that can be a problem for your penis, this is a recent discovery by researchers.

Five: Are you a lover of soft drinks or alcohol? Before you drink the next bottle, think of your penis. Because research shows that people who drink a lot of soft drinks are more likely to have fatty penis disease. Studies don’t prove that the drinks were the cause. But if you down a lot of sodas and have been trying to cut back, this could be a good reason to switch what you sip.

Six: Does your wife cook with lot of trans fats oil, I will rather you eat with no oil or go for natural ones. Trans fats are man-made fat in some packaged foods. (You’ll see them listed as “partially hydrogenated” ingredients). A diet high in trans fats makes you more likely to gain weight. That’s not good for your penis. Men who indulge in processed foods high in trans fats (cookies, cakes, chocolate, chips, and fried and processed foods, especially the ones sold while in traffic) have poorer penis and sperm quality than those who followed a healthy diet (whole grains, vegetables, and fish).

Seven: If you’re a passionate smoker, you already know it damages your health in general. However, you might not know that it is damaging your penis and sperm as well. The tissue of your penis is a spongy like organ with tiny holes and flesh; the more you smoke the more some of the nicotinic acid enters into those tiny holes and get trapped in and get the holes blocked. This further damages the sperm production, making the sperm harder time fertilizing an egg. So, if you’re planning a family, you might want to cut back on smoking or stop entirely as it may leave permanent damage and irreversible consequences. Men who stay nicotine-free have wider, firmer erections and reach maximum sexual arousal, effectively diminishing their erectile dysfunction.

Eight: If you are not exercising enough or you are exercising too much, either ways your penis is in danger. Men who exercise more regularly, averagely and adequately have better erectile and sexual function and functional stronger penis than men who live a sedentary lifestyle. And men who reported more frequent exercise had higher sexual function scores. Conversely, men who exercised less reported lower levels of sexual function. Men who watch more than 20 hours of TV weekly have an inactive penis cells and a 44 per cent lower sperm count than those who watched almost no TV.

Nine: If you rationed your sexual involvement, your penis will be the one to suffer for it. The more sex you have, the less likely you are to suffer erectile dysfunction, because your penis is in good condition. Your penis is not only put to good use but regular good use. Men who reported having sex less than once per week had double the incidence of erectile dysfunction. Remember if you don’t use it, you lose it.

Ten: If you don’t sleep well, your penis will slumber, men who get an insufficient amount of sleep will experience a lower level of desire the next day and a lesser ability to reproduce healthy penis and sperm cell.

Eleven: If you are a man and you are skimping on watermelon, please repent and make watermelon your drink. Because watermelon has an ingredient called citrulline-arginine which helps relax blood vessels by boosting nitric oxide in the same manner as Viagra—effectively treating erectile dysfunction and maybe even preventing it.

Twelve: Is your dental hygiene poor? If yes, your penis will suffer. Researchers have found out that gum disease is seven times more common in men with erectile dysfunction, and you must have a dysfunction penis to have an erectile dysfunction, it goes hand in hand. Bacteria in your gum tissue can travel through your body, inducing inflammation and damaging the blood vessels in your penis

Thirteen: Last and not the least, this is a bitter truth many do not want to accept. If you have made masturbation your habitual lifestyle, your penis is gone already. Addictive masturbation destroys penis and makes regular sex an impossibility. If you don’t believe me, ask the victims. What it does basically is to desensitise your penis to the point where nothing other than pornography or masturbation can make you reach orgasm. It over-stretches the skin out around your penis, so that the skin is loose and droopy, the balls are droopy, wrinkly, and mushy (if you are a 30 year plus or below, you will have the balls of a 60-year-old-man). You will not be able to get an erection lasting more than 75 seconds. And also, your brain would have been so badly re-wired so that only pornography can arouse you. Worst of all, urologists might not be able to help.

Cute daughter of @Seyilaw1 Tiwaloluwa still has those thick arm and full cheeks. Seyi and mom should still keep tabs on her weight as I mentioned two weeks ago. Childhood obesity has to be monitored. I promote healthy kids as a pharmacist and healthwise educator. See the tips on the previous post #HNNHealth

Awwww!!! Dr. KEMI OMOLOLU-OLUNLOYO Pharma. D has dished out her medical advice and it is good. Nobody is perfect and sometimes our good advice or idea might come out wrongly, but that doesn’t totally spoil the core of the importance. It is true there is a rise in child obesity, but concluding on a child without prior test and medical findings is professionally wrong.

Some of the main factors that leads to Obesity truly include Overfeeding, lack of activities, hormonal imbalances and genetic factors. The measurement of these factors to determine the weight level of a child is done at a more active age. It is also a natural and well known medical fact that children have a level of fat retention to help combat cold in their surroundings and as they grow and become more active, most of the fat is lost to energy burning.

If a child weighs 8.3lbs with a height of 60cm at almost 5 months, you can tell that such child is not fat, a fact that Aunty Kemi, my friend didn’t check with me. It is also worthy to know that a child that feeds at 4oz (120ml) every 3 or 4 hour without breastfeeding has a healthy eating pattern. The fact that you are a pharmacist doesn’t mean you know better.

The truth is I have cause to disagree with people and people with me, but I know Aunty Kemi, my friend will do better to make her findings before sharing. Thanks guys.

The Delta State Police command have apprehended a 43-year-old Ngozi Ojei and Ewere Samuel (20) for selling a two-week-old baby girl to a widow for N600,000.
Samuel is the mother of the baby. Samuel gave birth to the baby girl while she was Ojei’s housemaid in Aba, Abia State.
But because Samuel could not identify the person who impregnated her, she and Ojei agreed to sell the baby to avoid keeping a bastard child. They sold the baby late January to a woman simply identified as a widow.
Parading them alongside suspected armed robbers, kidnappers and traffickers at the command headquarters in Asaba yesterday, the Commissioner of Police, Zanna Ibrahim, said in November 2016, Ojei asked Loveth Ojie to help her get a housemaid before she brought SaSamue
“In January 2017, the said Ngozi Ojie came to Ekwuoma (in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State) to see the mother of Ewere Samuel after which she took her to Aba.
“The said Ewere Samuel delivered a baby girl and the suspect sold the child. The suspect confessed selling the baby for N600,000,” the commissioner explained.

But Ojei said she and the mother of the baby girl got N250,000 each from the proceeds. While Ibrahim said investigation was ongoing, Ojei’s husband, Mr. Edwin Ojei (50), of No. 22, MCC Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State, who was paraded alongside his wife, said:
The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has given 48 hours ultimatum to all South African companies in Nigeria to relocate over the xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa.

The students gave the ultimatum at a peaceful demonstration at some South African companies in Abuja on Thursday. During the march the students carried a banner, which read: ‘’NANS against Xenophobic Attacks on Nigerians.’’ While the students marched, the security men stood and watched to ensure law and order.
The President of NANS, Mr Kadiri Aruna, said in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) at DSTV office, a South African company, in Wuse 2, Abuja, that Nigerian students had resolved to condemn the attacks. “We are saying that enough is enough as South Africans have openly attacked and bullied Nigerians.’’ Aruna said that the protest would also serve as a warning to other countries trying to underrate Nigerians.
He said that after 48 hours, if nothing was done, messages would be sent to students in all university campuses to bring down MTN masts all over the country. Aruna said that DSTV and Shoprite would also be affected as the union had put adequate strategies in place to make the action effective. “All the South African business empires in Nigeria and their collaborators in Nigeria will be affected.
“I don’t want to say we will be barbaric but we will not be lawful in our actions, we will do it and face the consequences, enough of this rubbish,’’ he said. Aruna stressed that the poor treatment being meted out to Nigerians was particularly insulting given the role Nigeria played in ending the apartheid regime in South Africa.
“Nigeria contributed 80 per cent of the freedom the South Africans are enjoying today because we saved them from the jaws of apartheid. “Who is South Africa to humiliate Nigeria? So they forget things so soon, let them go back to history and records to see how much financial assistance and what the country did to save them,’’ he said. The union president said that the situation was inhuman and for this reason all reasonable Nigerians must react. “In science they say you use malaria to cure malaria, now you use madness to cure their madness, and that is why we are advising them to leave Nigerian soil before 48 hours.’’
He said that the Federal Government should not wait till the dying minute before evacuating Nigerians from South Africa. Aruna said it was time for government not to only condemn the attacks but take a firm stand by summoning South Africa’s high commissioner and if possible cut diplomatic ties with that country. “Government should take extra-diplomatic measures in dealing with the latest deadly assaults because if nothing drastic is done it will become a regular occurrence. “This is the time to place South Africa where it belongs,’’ he said.
He said that the last time the xenophobic attack happened nothing was done, no action was taken and no arrest was made and that was why South Africans repeated the attacks. Aruna said it was so unfortunate that during the attacks the South African Government refused to take up its responsibility of securing Nigerians and their properties.
“The government of South Africa is criminally quiet and they say silence is consent, and their police are folding their hands while they are killing Nigerians, this is conspiracy, enough is enough,’’ he said. He said the peaceful rally would continue and spread across the country. Over 50 police and, DSS operatives surrounded the DSTV premises and along the street making it impossible for newsmen to contact any DSTV officials for comments.
